Good hotel, I had no issues during my stay.

My stay here was good.

The hotel is very good and situated in a good location. It has comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with modern facilities. The staff were very attentive and provided exceptional customer service. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

My experience at this hotel was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel's environment was neat, my room was comfortable and beautiful. Water and power supply was available as the toilet and bathroom were clean with sufficient toiletries. Keep up the good work.

Randolph Hotel and Resort is just the perfect hotel for travelers who seek accommodation. The hotel offers modern facilities at a lower price. Their staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel had a cool atmosphere for relaxation, room service was responsive and was also patient. I enjoyed my stay!

The hotel was okay. It's a beautiful place and very nice too. All the complaints we made regarding the issues we had while we were there were attended to and everything went well. Kudos to the management of the hotel.

This is one cool of a hotel. I feel a whole happy with this choice. it was really what I had plan for. Nice environment and interacting surrounding.

My experience at the hotel was fair, as I noticed that the room were not well fumigated. There were lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches though I was later provided with an insecticides.

The room I was lodged in had a bad water heater.I asked the hotel attendant to bring me hot water,But the two times I requested for it,I did not get it.In general,Hotel customer service was very poor.Though their food at the hotel is fantastic.The Hotel is also clean and the location of the hotel aint bad
