I am really impressed. I never trusted online services until I worked with hotels.ng, it gave me a sweet edge over my friends who did not. I am glad this country is thriving in this area and the level of services in the hotel is quite encouraging as well. Thanks

It was really a nice hotel. I feel satisfied and comfortable with my days spent here.

I really need to appreciate the little effort of the hotel in ensuring I was comfortable. But I think you can improve on your facilities and a very easier means of walking through rooms. It will be more comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel. I was dissatisfied with the first room I was given but it was changed immediately. My stay was so peaceful.

From the arrival I knew that the reception will be poor for that night. They don’t have a record to show if I have a reservation or have made payment or not. It took them more than an hour to check me in after plenty stories. My 1st night was horrible but I enjoyed the subsequent ones.

My stay at the hotel was okay....their customer service was good, their environment was neat and tidy and their staffs were nice also.....they should just try and make some amendment on their menus, some foods were not included

It was just an okay hotel, nothing spectacular about the place. Anyway my stay was nice.

We were given a VIP treatment. Hope to come back soon. Also thanks to Hotels.ng for their effort during my reservation. I will always patronise you guys.

I think this place is okay, conducive and the quality service delivery is very high. Also they need to work on their facilities few of them were not functioning properly, e:g Television.
