The manager has a great inter-personal relationship skill. Staff meets are quite courteous and the environment is generally tidy.

The services rendered was amazing and satisfying. Cool and quiet environment, 24hrs power supply, good receptionist.

Most ignorant hotel ever, there have different room categories, the room of 7k is better than that of 15k, 15k room is full of mosquitoes, the bed is small like a studio room bed.

The first time I stayed at the hotel I spent more time killing mosquitoes than relaxing in the room or sleeping. The shower wasn't working and their toilet wasn't flushing properly either. I had to use bucket to bath and flush. They gave me a phone number to call the reception but they always flash me to call back as though all the money being collected couldn't be used to buy credit to call their guest, I was forced to go to the reception to make requests as the receptionist was increasingly rude to me for calling so frequently. Funny thing, I gave them a second chance and stayed there the following weekend, and this was a huge mistake. Upon leaving the previous weekend I made a reservation for a specific room because of all the problems with the room I stayed in and was assured the reservation was made as they were awaiting my return. On the day in question, they had given the room to someone else, I was asked to pay for a higher room or leave. Their staff was incredibly rude to me and made threats as well. We argued over how they could do something so unprofessional and stupid. Their manager was not helpful either, he basically absolved the hotel of any wrongdoing and made me pay more for another room to stay in.

My stay was fantastic, good facilities, good rooms, nice environment but there was no intercom.

The hotel needs maintenance, as some things are falling apart.

I was satisfied with the staff and management of the hotel. The hotel is fine and everything was fine.

I think the hotel is living in past glory as the building looks good. Very bad service, shower head broken, the bed were small and old, it wasn't nice at all.

It was not a pleasant experience, so many thing were not in place. They was no intercom in the room, I had to dress the bed by myself, customer service was very bad.

My state was very fine, the receptionist was very helpful and smiled at guests and was very professional. The room was well arranged and there was power supply all through my stay. The food was also very nice, I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the hotel.

The Hotel is a lovely place to be, good services, delicious meals, good security in a serene environment, adequate amenities, accommodating and friendly staff. I love Orchard Hotel in Ibadan.

My stay at the hotel was manageable. The room I checked into was not well furnished and the size was small compared to the room rate. The shower in the bathroom needs to be fixed because it was difficult to use.

The Orchard Hotel was the perfect place to be, I needed rest and calmness and that was exactly what I got at the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean, the air conditioning unit was working well, water and power supply was also available. I hope to use the hotel again when I visit again.

My stay was a wonderful experience, the hotel was very clean and the bed was the right size for me, big and long enough for me to have a pleasant night rest. The power was constant and the staff were very warm and happy to see me.

The hotel was safe and easy to locate. Environment was comfortable, the room service was awesome, their staff were well behaved, friendly and polite. Water and power supply was available and food was delicious and affordable.

My stay at the hotel was good. Checking in was easy, the rooms where just comfortable enough for me and my bathroom and toilet was really clean. Also my laundry was done in less than 1hour. The only issue I had with the hotel was the type of meals served, there were not as good as I expected them to be. In summary I had a good stay at the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I would not want to rate them 10/10 but I will give them 9.5.

My stay went well at the hotel, the deluxe room I checked in had a very small bed. I love the serenity of the environment, the bathroom was clean. The food tastes really good, I think they should upgrade their service and facility.

I visited your hotel months ago, and was really impressed. My son and I enjoyed our time at the hotel, he was able to watch cartoon channel and all that. But this time it was nothing like the first time, I was thinking may be there was full house that's why the attention was less, but the people were even less than the last time, and the people walking in were few. My son did not enjoy himself, so I think can't come with him again, all the same its a wonderful place to be.

It was okay and good. I like the location and the environment in which your hotel is placed.

I had a nice time only that I had to act like I was in a football pitch, jumping and attacking rats. That aside, my stay was okay.

When comparing the room rate with the facilities available, I see no reason why they charged that kind of rate. The internet was not 24hours. The only thing I can say is that the security was okay and room is spacious.
