My stay at the hotel was very bad. A lot of the facilities that were listed on their site were absent in their hotel. I will advise the hotel management not to include facilities that are not present in their hotel on their site so as not to deceive potential customers and discourage them.

I love De Clove residence. It is very quiet and serene. The staff are well trained and very efficient in carrying out their duties. The environment is very clean. The house keepers have obviously made great effort to maintain the place well. The food served was nicely and deliciously made. Nice and wonderful!

I had the most amazing time at this hotel. It felt like home. Their food is amazing as well. I will stay there over and over again. I strongly recommend.

I stayed in your hotel for just three nights. while checking in I wanted to stay for eight nights but could not because my complains were not taken seriously, I came back because I had a nice time the last I was here. I was told that you are doing some renovation so I under stand why every was looking unkempt but I think that should not cause your room service to take an hour to bring water to bathe. Its so bad that I had to check out because most times I was always going out without bathing.

Did not enjoy my stay at this hotel at all and i will not encourage anyone to stay at this hotel.

I had a good stay at the hotel. My check in and check out went well. The room I stayed in was okay and comfortable. All the facilities worked well. There was stable power and water supply. The food served was nicely and deliciously made. The bathroom was well cleaned. No problems at all.
