My stay was bad, I would give them 1/10, no soap in the bathroom, the shower wasn't working, they don't have what they gave me on the menu, the television wasn't good, the location was very bad, there was alot of mosquitoes.

I left the hotel in annoyance because my room was used for a short time and they asked me to wait for the guest to come out so they can clean the room.

one thing I really love about the place was the environment and more so the receptionist was nice and they did well with their services.

My stay is bad cause there are a lot of mosquitoes here......the A.C is not blowing well

The room they gave me was terrible, facilities were not working in the room, No AC even the television was not working, my stay was something else

I had a great stay at the hotel, the environment was clean.

My stay at the hotel was very bad. The services rendered in the place was very poor. The room was not well kept. The amount paid was no where worth the the services I got. I did not have a good time there. The hotel needs a serious upgrade.

I had a really good stay at the hotel and I was really impressed. The staff were nice and friendly. The environment was quiet, cool and serene. The service delivery was superb and the rooms were well cleaned. I liked the food that was served there too. I have no complaints about the place whatsoever. I would give the hotel an eight over ten rating

I had a really good stay at the hotel. All was perfect and just as it ought to be. The facilities were in good working condition, the environment was clean and the staff were really efficient and ready to serve.

I stopped staying in this hotel more than one year ago due to numerous issues. My stay this time was meant to be an attempt to see what has changed. Sincerely, I was impressed with the improvement. As expected, the management was changed and the facilities had witnessed a face lift. My room was quite clean and the toilet/bathroom was well maintained. I had a restful night and will be ready to stay there again. I did not visit the bar and the restaurant but will do that in my next visit.

The room size was very small and I had to manage the room all through my stay, the bed was too small as well. The power was relatively constant and the air conditioning unit worked well all through my stay.

Downtown Royal is a very good hotel and I am looking forward to visiting this hotel again. The room was very spacious and very convenient with a good bed size. The meals I had in the hotel were very delicious but were quite expensive which was not so nice but I enjoyed the meals. I really wish the price of the meals could be reduced a little so we can eat more, but I really enjoyed the meals.

My stay at the hotel was very bad, I had a very horrible and terrible experience. Mosquitoes were everywhere and I could not sleep through out the night and there was no intercom too. They need to work on the facilities of the hotel and fumigate the hotel to get rid of flies and mosquitoes.

My room was neat, there was clean water supply throughout my stay, Power supply was uninterrupted and their customer service too was okay too. I hope to there again soon.

My stay at the hotel was average,it was neat and comfortable but the bathroom was not too clean.They should work on their cleaning.

My stay at the hotel was okay. They tried their best but I did not see the swimming pool that was shown on the website.

The hotel was just okay with welcoming staff and a great customer service . The rooms were quite okay, I enjoyed my stay but I had an issue with the POS, it wasn't working so I had to use an ATM outside the hotel which wasn't nice at all. The place was a bit far from the hotel, I had to trek down there and trek back to the hotel, that was the part I did not like. Please the hotel should have a working POS machine so someone won't go through the stress of using an ATM outside the hotel.

I could not stay beyond one night though i booked for 4 nights. The ACs were not working amongst other things.

The environment of the hotel was not too conducive though, but i still had my fun all the way.

The hotel wasn\'t bad, their customer service is great, they gave me a warm welcome, the room was okay, i made the reservation earlier but couldn\'t pay via POS and my atm didn\'t pay me but they allowed me to stay till the next day and paid that afterwards.....i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel though it was for just one night

The staffs at the hotel were very nice but the structure of the hotel wasn't well maintained, their facilities and services were poor, the bathroom was smelling, wasn't really comfortable
