My stay was okay at the hotel, the reception was really homely. The environment is beautiful and calm. It is a home away from home.

i did not enjoy my stay at all, the customer service were not responsive to my complaint...The plumbing system was defective, water was licking from the sink, i reported it to them and they didn't fix it nor change me to another room, cos it was actually posing a treat to my life, i could easily slip and hit my head on the tiles. the management should look into this and fix it

Room was good enough, facilities are functioning properly. Nice service provided by the staff and the environment was quite clean.
