TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The room I was given had no functional AC, the door was handle bad, I struggle to open the door from inside. The water wasn't running and to crown it all the Manager and receptionist were so rude. Their rudeness was the height of it for me.

I really enjoyed my stay. Food at the hotel was good, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Will return when I'm in Abuja.

Luziana Hotels is actually a good hotel but I think they lack proper maintenance as some of the facilities in the room are not functional. I was seriously dealt with by mosquitoes at night. I will advice the management to use insecticides before guests check into rooms so as to remove all mosquitoes and avoid complaints from guests.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in was very dusty and unkempt like no one has ever stayed in there, mosquitoes were all over the room. I had to do the cleaning myself. The television in the room had no antenna, it was as good as not having one in the room.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. The hotel management and staff do not care about the welfare of their guests. The staff at the front desk gave me a hostile reception. It was stressful checking in. Although, the room I stayed in was tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Luziana Hotel is actually a very good hotel to relax but I had a problem with the power supply as there was never power supply during the day and the generator was not turned on, the generator was only turned on at night. Asides this, I had wonderful meals, the water supply was good.

My stay at Luziana Hotel was okay, but I was not pleased with the AC in my room because it was leaking and every attempt to rectify the issue proved abortive. Considering the room rate and the location of the hotel, this type of situation should be prevented. However, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was good,the hotel was easy to locate and very neat. My room was neat, power and water supply was available and I was very comfortable at the hotel but the only complain I have is the dirty curtain and bed sheets. They have excellent customer service and all facilities was in good condition but they need to work more on cleanliness.

My stay at the hotel was fine, everything I needed was available at the hotel. My room had a bathroom and toilet, a bath tub and a very comfortable bed. The Dstv was working, the hotel room service was commendable, the meal was tasty, there WIFI was very fast, and I also enjoyed myself at the hotel's bar.

I stepped into the hotel as a migrant but left as a citizen because I had a very nice time at the hotel as everything at the hotel was to my taste. I enjoyed the meals because they were delicious and not expensive, the environment was very conducive for relaxing and also the hotel was well structured. This is a nice hotel I will love to visit regularly.

This hotel is really bad and I could just stay for only one night

I had a marvelous stay at the hotel. I had an awesome night.

I walked in like a stranger to check the surroundings and it was terrible. The place is more or less like a cemetery even some rooms have no TV. It would be better if you send one of your girlfriends there to see if she will be able to stay so that you do not think I have bad mouth and so that you will remember me. I am glad I was able to get another hotel at the same rate on the same street to lodge.

I checked in and could not sleep at night. The Mosquitoes were too much. I had to check into another hotel.

I did not really enjoy my stay at your hotel, the room I was given was newly painted and it was smelling paint all through. Also I needed to bath hot water but what I got was cold water, I do not usually bath cold water, I complained to the staff but they did nothing about that. I had to check out without taking my bath and this wasn't funny, so please just try and put everything in place in case of next time.

The hotel is not just it, i was so disappointed. It was as if they were rearing mosquitoes in the hotel.I had to take malaria drugs the next day.

Lousy service, a/c was leaking in d room, heater wasn't working, mosquitoes!!. Wasn't surprised, datz wat comes wt cheap pay

i was told my reservation was not confirmed by the receptionist who spoke rudely, i got stranded for a while, but was later offered a room without ac, though i wasn't too comfortable with the room i stayed for a night and checked out

The hotel was okay, their customer service was good....everything about the hotel was fine

The hotel was comfortable and my room in particular, was comfortable. I had no issues with the food and the staff was helpful and friendly. On cleanliness, I would rate the hotel 2.5/5 i.e. a half mark.
