My stay was just okay at the hotel. I was well received by the staff and the service delivery was good. I had no issues checking in and out of the hotel. The facilities available worked well and the room stayed in was well cleaned and comfortable. My stay was enjoyable.

Nice hotel and easily accessible. The environment is clean, atmosphere was very conducive, 24 hours power supply, high speed internet,room spacious with a big and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, polite and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

I am a regular customer at the hotel and they haven't let me down for once. Their internet supply is of high speed, they have a clean environment and the food there is delicious as well. What can I say? My stay there was great as always.

The hotel is okay and beautiful. Their staff were friendly and helpful to me. The room and rest room was okay but need a little maintenance.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was a nice hotel, their customer service was great and their environment was conducive......the only thing was that they didn't subscribe on their DSTV so we could not watch any channels other than just adverts and also their internet wasn't working throughout my stay at the hotel

It was an okay stay at the hotel. I was welcomed warmly by the reception but was delayed a bit at the reception but was later checked in after a while. When I wanted to have my evening bath, I noticed the water heater was not working which was not so good for me because I like to have a warm bath after the day's activity and also the WiFi was bad and was not working well but asides this, it was a good stay. I will rate the hotel 6.5 out a max score of 10.

This hotel is not up to the required standard at all. There is no complimentary breakfast as listed. There was no fridge in my room. I was told it was taken for repairs and I would have to pay extra to upgrade to another room. Free WiFi wasn't available, I was told the person to give the password wasn't around. I will not recommend this hotel to any as I did not get value for your money.

The place is okay, the staff were very responsive and room was comfortable. The only problem is that they need to work on their bathroom which is not up to the standard and very small.

the place was ok but did not really meet my standards, the security door makes a lot of noise when opening and closing, towel in the room was a rag, i had to go buy another one which was not a good one. the management should fix whatever needs to be fixed for customers comfort. besides, i commend the customer service cos they were very responsive

I like the hotel. The place is good and cool and the staff are nice, but the fact that their POS machine didn't work while I was there stressed me out a little.
