It was not comfortable, the room was not good

All the facilities are old, they need to renovate their hotel, But I enjoyed their services

The hotel is very terrible. No intercom, dirty towel, mosquitoes everywhere.

The hotel is a potential tourist center with a lagoon in front. It has nice relaxation spots but they are unkempt. I visited my friend in the ambassadorial suite, the cushions should be replaced. The AC in the palour was not cooling, but those in the bedroom are a bit okay. Their fridges are still working very well. The bedding's should be changed. The hotel should have a face lift.

The staff were nice, my stay was very okay.

Worst stay ever for a room of that price. Only a fan, no TV, no intercom, smelly place, cobwebs in the room.

My stay was not so good as I did not meet what I was expecting. The services were bad and the room was not really comfortable but then I had no other choice than to stay.

My stay at the hotel was good. The customer service delivery was satisfactory. I initially made a reservation for the classic room but I had to upgrade and this was done seamlessly. The facilities are working perfectly.

My stay at Unilag Guest House was just okay. Although the staff were nice, the hotel's facilities need a lot of improvement. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to upgrade my room because the room I reserved earlier was water logged. The room I eventually stayed in was okay but I had to pay extra. I also didn't like the fact that my room was so close to the lagoon. Apart from this, every other thing was okay.

This hotel is fantastic and so convenient to be. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful, the services rendered at the hotel was amazing. All the rooms were clean and well furnished, there was constant electricity and the hotel's attendants were ready to answer me whenever I called, I will definitely use this hotel again.

I had a fair stay at the hotel. Although the room was very small and a little uncomfortable but it wasn't so bad. The environment was okay and the hotel's attendants were quite friendly. However, I will also like the hotel management to improve on their facilities.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, the food was bad, the guest house was below standard and lacked maintenance, electricity was not constant through out my stay. I just had to stay at the hotel because I needed to attend a meeting in Unilag.

My stay at Unilag Guest was not so bad although it would have been better if somethings were place. For example the water from the bathroom wasn't going out, which lead to mosquitoes in the room. However the experience at the hotel was fair enough, considering the rate.

My stay at the hotel was nice. The hospitality was on point. The staff were efficient and very helpful. The food was delicious and affordable. I really had a good stay at the hotel.

I did not enjoy my stay at the Unilag Guest House. I got checked in into a small room. The room was totally different from what I saw on the website. It will be a great plus if your website has more pictures and details of each room in the hotel. I was not impressed with the room I stayed.

My mother and I stayed in this hotel. It was horrible. Coming in from outside the country with the hope that a University hotel will be of a 5 star. I was shocked right from the check in point. No luggage cart to move our many bags. Bathroom was horrible, the rooms were below standard.

My stay at the hotel was good, the hotel had good customer service, there was water and power supply throughout my stay at the hotel. My room was neat and comfortable but the toilet was horrible, the ceiling of the hotel was looking terrible, It was patches here and there and there was no toiletries at all. I hope they can work on that.

My stay was okay, the room was neatly kept and the bathroom facilities were functional but my only complain was that there was no toiletries and when I complained the receptionist said I should have requested. I was not impressed with her response but apart from that, every other thing went well.

My stay at the hotel was good, the customer service was okay. There was water and power supply but only one towel was kept in the room. There was no POS machine there and I had to walk fifteen minutes to get to an atm machine to withdraw money which was really stressful. I think they should work on that to improve on their services.

I heard the guest house was not in a good condition before placing my reservation but I did not expect it to be this bad, I did not just have a choice because of the exam I had the next day else I wouldn't stay there. It's terrible, the bathroom is nothing to write home about and the room is just not it at all. This is not good enough.

My stay was interesting at the hotel, it is very quiet and peaceful.The experience made me remember my university days of how a proper campus should be. I would love to go back again when I have the opportunity.

First the facilities in the room I was given was old, the hotel itself needs upgrading. More like it was not what I expected that I met. Very less than what I expected. Please upgrade your hotel!

The hotel needs renovation, but I enjoyed my stay

It was a very horrible experience, there was no light all night, and a lot of mosquitoes! It was really bad.

The hotel is okay to an extent. But I think renovation should be made generally. The TVs should be changed and the rooms should be sprayed with insecticides because there were mosquitoes in the room I stayed in.

The hotel did not quite meet my expectations. The room was okay though, but the standard of the hotel needs to be worked on also the hotel should be renovated.

The bed sheet was not properly washed and the room was dusty.

The services were good but I had a problem with the rooms, though. They were old and a lot of the facilities needed changing. The price paid was not exorbitant but I would expect that they try to change their facilities so it doesn't give the environment an unkempt look. Every other thing was okay, not excellent, just okay.

I only stayed for one night but our experience was fairly positive. The staff was nice and funky and showed me a good time. There was a little trouble with the wifi and other minor things, Our room a bit small, The bed size was quite small and was fairly squeaky, your facilities were okay, good quality services. The environment was secured, you have a nice location, but there is need for improvement.

I did not observe much because I spent just a night in your hotel. It was nice though but I think your rooms are really small. You need to provide bigger rooms for your customers. It makes them really comfortable. I think your hotel needs a renovation too because its looks old, Your facilities need to be renewed. Your service quality is okay but you still need to improve on that too. I like the fact that your staff are really nice and friendly, but please work on your facilities.

I did not enjoy myself at all. The room was so uncomfortable that I had to leave after four hours, I was going to stay for two nights but could not stand the environment. The rooms were unkempt and I had to check almost five rooms before I could check into one. Please your hotel compound is big but nothing is properly kept, the facilities are old and your environment needs to swept.

It was relatively okay but it needs renovation, facilities are worn out. However, I enjoyed myself.
