Reviews of Athree Hotel and Suites

This should be called a hostel or whatever but not a hotel. The maintenance culture is zero. Customer service zero. Staff training on receiving customers is terrible. The room itself is depressing, naked wires everywhere, dirty curtains, dirty sheets, stained duvets, black sink, I almost puked. Still can't imagine myself sleeping here.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. I could not sleep due to mosquitoes everywhere. I was awake all night killing mosquitoes, I will never step my foot there again. I saw few little cockroaches in the toilet and the room was not neat. . Worst hotel ever.

This hotel is a total rubbish.

This hotel needs better management. I can’t imagine a hotel of this magnitude not having a manager or supervisor. All the rooms are not well maintained. Air conditioner not working. The room had leakages. The management of the hotel needs to take steps immediately to improve service quality.

My stay at the hotel was cool and nice. Really good facilities were available for use. The customer service was on point. The environment was cool and conducive to stay in. I would rate the hotel a nine over ten because I had a really good stay there.

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff were very cooperating, the hotel is well secured with neat environment. I can stay here over and over again.

I was not really expecting so much but funny enough I was Impressed with what I saw. Staff were hospitable and room was beyond explanation. my friend that came to visit me even liked the place.

My stay was fine but their room needs improvement. There were cockroaches and mosquito everywhere.
