I would say my stay was fine, just neutral. There was nothing spectacular about the hotel and I also do not have complains about them. It is just a normal hotel

My stay was good,the hotel had wonderful staff and the hotel was clean but there was no water heater,tooth brush was not provided,no toiletries,the water in the bathroom was smelly and muddy,I was so disappointed. They really need to work on their services.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and beautiful, There was constant water and power supply, The meal was delicious and affordable and I was impressed with the customer service. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again.

My stay was okay at the hotel. The customer service was excellent and the cleanliness of the environment and room was satisfactory. The room was kind of small for the rate and the security was not all tight but I feel that could be bypassed. It was a good stay all the same.

My stay at the hotel was good. The hotel was easy to locate, there was internet connection, there was water and power supply at the hotel but the only complain I had was that the tap in the bathroom was not flowing well at all, It takes almost half an hour for the water am to use to bath to fill the bucket. They need to repair the tap.

The room was neat, water and power was constant,Internet service was available, I enjoyed the meals for it was delicious and affordable, excellent customer service and a serene environment with good security service. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again.

My stay at the hotel was not good at all, my room wasn't clean at all that I had to leave the hotel the following day. They need to improve on their facilities and service.

I was not impressed with the hotel, the room had a stuffy smell and and the washing hand basin had a leak and it made the bathing room flooded and messy, The Wi-Fi service was not available and I could not access the internet. Apart from that, water and power supply was constant and the room service was dutiful.

I had a bad experience at the hotel, the room I requested for had a bad smell. I reported about the smell and I was given another room but it still was smelling bad. The hygiene at the hotel is really poor, the customer service is not cool also. They just need to improve on every aspect in the hotel and improve on their service.

This hotel had to mess up my seemingly good day. I wouldn't have even made them a choice ever. Crappy service, rooms look haunted with a stiff smell. The wash hand basin in the so called "suite" almost came off. The height of all this is not being able to get a refund because I had paid with my ATM card, was I shocked?!!! Absolutely unacceptable standards!!! The manager even mentioned that they were not selling biscuits and groundnut, oh my was I appalled by that statement???? If there's anything lower than a zero rating, yep that's what The Bellagio "Corporate" Suites deserve!!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was nice but small. Their food is affordable and tasty. They had 24 hours power supply and I had no challenge with the customer service.

My stay at the Hotel was fine. It was only marred by the bad water at the Hotel. The water coming out of the running tap was greenish. I could not take my bath at the Hotel because i was scared of skin infection. Other than that, the Hotel is okay.

I had a good stay at the Hotel. The facilities and the staff were okay. Their rooms were neat, although there is need for them to work on their facilities as some of them are quite obsolete.

I had a nice time there. However the place looks a bit worn out and needs a little touch.

I enjoyed every moment I spent at the hotel. The environment is neat and calm. Their food is affordable and tasty. I advice they place foot mat at the entrance of the bathroom though. There wasn't anyone placed in my room and it was a bit of a challenge as water tended to get in the room as there was no way to wipe my feet after leaving the bathroom.

The place is really good and you get good value for your money. But the water was not so clean, Also from time to time there were cockroaches roaming around in the room. I was really disgusted with the roaches it was really annoying. The hotel management needs to look into this as soon as possible, maybe schedule a fumigation, so as to ensure the hotel is rid of them.

My stay was okay at the hotel, but they need to improve on their service.I enjoyed the food there though - their white rice was so on point. It's a nice place to lodge at, generally. The environment is clean and the room are spacious.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, but the second room we booked smelled of cigarette smoke. No duvet was provided in the room and, when I made a complaint to the staff, they didn't do anything about it. Apart from that, everything else went on smoothly.

This hotel is beautiful! Even though my stay was short, the experience was beautiful. Starting from the reception all the way to the room service everything was okay. I never had a complain, very nice rooms, I must say. I look forward to coming here again.

Yes your hotel is awesome and I would have rated my stay there perfect if my car's bumper had not been bashed in the morning when I got to the car. At least you have securities that are there and they should have been on the lookout to ensure that no such thing happens to anyone's car.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel although the AC in my room was bad and the bathroom was not very good too but every other thing went well.

Great Environment. This hotel is quite a lovely one, everything about it is perfect. I loved the fact that the whole surrounding was clean at my day of check in. The room was clean as well, very spacious and beautiful. The staff were very helpful, the food was nice. Everything went as I expected. I commend this hotel greatly and would love to visit some other time.

The hotel is good and my stay was okay but I feel they can do better. They have all the tendencies of a good hotel, they just need to work better on their management .

This hotel is really great and I enjoyed my stay. The staffs are really courteous and smart. It is a good place technically.

I was not impressed at the level of service i received from this hotel. Please, try to fumigate the rooms more often to avoid mosquitoes and all.

Great staff, good breakfast, excellent size rooms and great location; we just walked everywhere! We stayed here for the weekend and we had a beautiful view of the hotel surroundings. The room was neat and well maintained and the staff were polite. This hotel has a really nice restaurant with delicious meals which was affordable. I don't think I encountered any problem during my stay.

I have no problem during my stay in the hotel, but i asked for my receipt when checking out and the receptionist refused to give it to me.

I did not expect what i got from the hotel, it is an hotel located in Victoria Island, they should work on there cleanliness and service quality.

The toilet was too small and should be improved to a better standard. The bathroom drain got blocked and water could not flow through. The room did not have a fridge and there was no entertaining programmes showing on the TV stations. However, the location is easily accessible and the staffs were quite hospitable

I really love the hotel, the hotel has a serene environment, very comfortable surroundings, the hotel was very clean and staffs were very nice and efficient. The customer service was very fast. The hotel was really nice.
