Staying at your hotel was okay but not the best experience, I really wanted better service or a room heater when the room was cold, and I think your management needs to do renovation on some parts, too much old facilities been used. Its a great place with much space so please put all this order for more people to come and enjoy themselves.

I have slept in more than 15 hotels in Uyo in the last 8 months but my Experience in Francine's Place was a distinctive one. The room I stayed is very spacious and well furnished. Their staff are warm and very accommodating. I ate good meal during my stay and their clean swimming pool nearly made me to spend more days.

My stay at the hotel was good, the hotel was clean and beautiful. There was water and power supply, their food was delicious and customer service was excellent. My room was comfortable and beautiful but one thing I did not like was that there was no POS at the hotel so I had to look for an ATM to get cash. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I got there late in the night and left the next morning. So, I can’t really say anything about the service and the environment but I can comment on the room. It was comfortable, well arranged and spacious.
