My stay was fabulous; customer service was perfect, the room was excellent and the amount was good

Since I knew about this hotel, I have been staying there. I tell my friends about it and they have confirmed it is a good hotel. Although the gym is not spacious, I just love it!. The lift is always working and the staffs are always friendly. I love the location as well.

The hotel was not up to my standard.

The staff were very professional and caring. The staff were quick in attending to your needs and the food tasted just like home made food. Honestly I tried so hard to find something to complain about but I couldn't. Finally, my stay at the hotel was great.

The hotel is a nice place to be. The environment is cool and cozy. The rooms are well cleaned and conducive for stay. The facilities are fully functional and the staff are nice, friendly and efficient in the discharge of their duties .

Apartment Royale is a place I would love to visit over and over again regardless of the bad WiFi connection. The staff were awesome and very helpful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we are missing this place already. Look forward to visiting again soon. I give it a 9.9

It is a very good hotel I must confess and I enjoyed my stay there. I was well received by the staff. The room was comfortable to stay in and really good facilities were available for use. The only issue I had there was that the WiFi did not work but it was stated when I made the booking that free Wifi services would be available. I would give an eight over ten rating to the hotel. Nice place!

It is a nice hotel and based on my experience there, I will rate the hotel an eight over ten. The services rendered to me was fantastic. I was very comfortable throughout my stay at the hotel and I was well treated by the staff. Good facilities were available for use as well.

The staff were very professional and caring. The staff were quick in attending to your needs and the food tasted just like homemade food. Honestly, I tried so hard to find something to complain about but I couldn't. Even our luggage was carried into our rooms. Finally, my stay at the hotel was great.

This experience was beyond amazing. I found this hotel online before traveling to Nigeria and I was really nervous about staying at a hotel in Nigeria since I've never done so before. Apartment Royal Palace really exceeded my expectations! I was very impressed with the service. The workers are very attentive and respectful. The room was decent, clean, and food was affordable. I would definitely stay there again.

Honestly, the hospitality is enough to compensate for any lapse which is hardly visible. There was constant electricity supply for the air conditioning unit to function properly.

All went extremely well at Apartment Royale. The room was cozy yet spacious. The breakfast was delicious, the staff, very kind, they made all efforts to make my stay very memorable. Nice environment. Great location. I enjoyed my self.

There was regular power supply, the room was small but very clean. There was no security lapse, staff members were friendly, respectful, and cooperative . They displayed an extraordinary attitude to service. The location is perfect and one can easily come out to pick a taxi. The hotel is perfect and I will love to visit again.

This hotel is not what it used to be. It's a shadow of itself. Massive work ought to be done there else I'm never going back there.

My stay at the hotel was a nice one, the security I met at the hotel made me feel save. The room was big and had a lot of good stuff in it, the air conditioning worked perfectly well and it came with a remote control. The food was also very delicious, I enjoyed the delicious meals I ordered at the hotel.

The wireless internet was very fast, one click and I was a off to surf the web.The parking space was very big for the guests to park their cars, . The room was well arranged with all the necessary appliance and furniture. I had a good stay at the hotel.

The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, there was water and power supply too, there was toiletries in the bathroom and their food was tasty. The location of the hotel was really good for me with clean and serene environment. I also enjoyed the food and the staff were well behaved and friendly but there was no water heater in the bathroom and toiletries too. They need to work on these.

I regretted my stay at the hotel. The hotel services were nothing to write home about. The staff were never bothered about the welfare of their guests. They were only concerned about the money been paid. Complimentary breakfast was never given as promised. I made reservation for three nights but I ended up spending just one night.

Apartment Royale Hotel and Suite is a no for me when it comes to location, it is not located within the popular area of Ikeja, I went through stress locating the hotel. Though the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I had a good sleep! The bathroom was well equipped with essential toiletries but the hotel does not have enough parking space. The price paid was worth it.

I stayed at Apartment Royale from July 3rd to August 1st and my stay was a wonderful experience. The management and staff were wonderful, very respectful, and very polite. They maintain a very clean and professional environment. It was really a home away from home, I will definitely return to have that experience again. Thanks to all the wonderful staffs who went the extra mile to make me and my sisters stay a pleasant one, you were all great.

I enjoyed my stay and everything was comfortable especially the room but the only complaint I had was with the internet. It was not functioning properly.

My stay was not nice as expected, room was not worth the price. I was not given a complementary breakfast not even a glass of water. I do not wish to go there any again.

I had a perfect stay. The staffs were really nice, friendly and welcomed me well from the reception. The room I was given was spacious, comfortable , internet and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The food from the restaurant was nice, a mistake was made in my order but I was compensated.
