Reviews of Allied Suncourt Hotel Apartment

The person I made the reservation for said that he regretted staying at the hotel and he had to leave to find another hotel. He said he was taken to a boy's quarter which looked very dirty and unkempt. The environment was not conducive for him at all. He could not sleep that night. The staff did not even make things any better. Their services was very poor.

My stay was very fine, the receptionist was very helpful, and smiled at guests and was very professional. The room was well decorated and power was on, for 24 hours all through my stay. The food was also very nice, I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the hotel. The environment was equally clean.

I was pleased with my stay at the hotel. The room was attractive and well furnished. The power supply was impressive and the water supply was constant. The bathroom and toilet were properly clean and well equipped. The staff were hospitable and generous. It was just fine staying at the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Allied Sun Court. There was constant power supply all through my stay. The air condition in my room worked perfectly well. The room was quite spacious and neatly arranged. The staff were hospitable, clean towel, toiletries and soap was provided too. The meals I ordered for were affordable and they tasted really nice. I had a good time at the hotel.

This hotel is neat and the staff are very friendly with customers. Everything about the place is good enough for a hospitable stay. Keep it up.

I was satisfied with the services that was rendered at the hotel. The hotel's management and staff were hospitable, I received a warm reception, I was able to check in with ease, that alone got me happy. The power and water supply was okay and the hotel environment was really conducive. The price of the room was worth it. I enjoyed my stay at Allied Suncourt Hotel .

The switches were faulty and the cable wasn't functional. Their food was nice and I had a fair stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is fine as well.

My stay at the hotel was a short one but I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and all facilities was provided, I really had a good stay.

This hotel is rubbish, the receptionist was watching television instead of attending to customers I stayed there for about two weeks and through out my stay I didn't have any wifi connection and I was told that it was going to be fix till I left the hotel the wifi was not fixed I only had wifi when I went to the reception area. The toilet was always waterlogged after taking your bath. The cleaners don't even know how to clean very well. The hotel is just messed up. The hotel is very dirty if you stay in the apartment you will be given dirty and torn mattress..

We stayed in one of the 2 room apartments from the UK and this hotel was not up to standard at all. There was water leakage in the living room, kitchen, and both bathrooms. There was no shower curtains in the bathrooms nor floor mats or towels to clean water on the bathroom floor. The beds were dressed with torn bedsheets and the throw coverings on the bed were filthy. There were very dark damp marks on the bathroom ceilings and the socket holes not covered up. The staff are so noisy in the mornings, talking and shouting at each other and playing loud music from park cars. This hotel has superb decor but the poor finishing of fittings and poor management lets It down. Will definitely not be returning.

This hotel is poorly run, does not have Internet and has a staff that will not stop watching TV to help you ( literally at the front desk, there is a tv hidden that only the employees can see). After having to sit for hours in the lobby because there was no internet in the apartment, I got to see first hand the prostitutes that work out of that hotel. In addition to the horrible clientele, we were not given a key to the front door to the apartment and when we had to lock our belongings in our rooms. In addition, we had to ask for towels each day since the cleaning staff never replaced the towels they took as well as there were small flies in the apartment. There was NOTHING in the kitchen in the apartment. No dishes. No utensils, no pots or pans, no soap. Nothing!!! Finally we had to ask the staff to take our money to go buy coffee and butter and bread for breakfast even though all of that was on the menu. Their answer otherwise was, we don't have any of that, sorry. When we tried to leave a day early, the manager (who kept calling me friend but didn't even knows name) refused to give us our money back despite all of these issues and not having anyone else waiting for the apartment. This place is a brothel in disguise and no one cares about the satisfaction of the customer except maybe the prostitutes who work there.

The hotel is beautiful, i just don't like the fact that the toilet is small

I had to struggle to visit an hotel as against my initial plan to stay at a relations. But the result of ,y stay here was awesome. I really never thought I would really be comfortable anyway else aside home. Many thanks

I was satisfied by their customer service and attention only that I had little problem with their form of security. They should look into that. But my stay was okay.

I had a good stay, the facilities were functioning well, the reception was okay to , but you need to improve on your security. Let your security improve on their work , they should be up and doing.apart from that every other thing is fine

Hotel is an awesome place, my stay was splendid. I was welcomed well from the reception, room was tidy and well kept; air conditioner worked fine, wireless connection and hot water was available in the bathroom. It was a good place to relax.

The hotel was just okay, not really up to standard.........They need to train their customer service and staffs generally in order to improve more on their services and response to customers and their bathroom was not too good, it was always waterlogged

The internet was fine but their rooms were not okay, there was no light bulb in the room so i had to move to their apartment, they should try and do some touches in the room but apart from that every other thing was okay

The hotel was good, enjoyed my stay at the hotel, they have very friendly and nice staffs also their environment was lovely.....they should try and make the DSTv channels in the room clearer because it wasn't clear and i could barely watch the match i was trying to watch during my stay at the hotel

The hotel was okay for me and the environment was secured. I was able to move around freely. The only problem I had was the bathroom and the toilet which was not spacious and water splashes everywhere when having a bath

The hotel is okay but not up to the standard I expected. I was supposed to stay for 2nights but managed to stay for a night. Though, the services provided and the staff were okay and environment was alright.

I enjoyed my stay here because the staffs were very friendly and helpful to me. It’s a good hotel and located in a comfortable environment. If they could add internet facilities to their services, it would increase their customer patronage. Businessmen can lodge there anytime knowing that they can get 24 hours internet service.
