My stay was so wonderful and I really enjoyed my stay

Beautiful hotel, I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at the hotel for a night only and I had to leave as I did not enjoy the services rendered to me there. The customer service delivery was not as good as I expected it to be. The facilities there are okay though and the environment is cool and serene.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.The environment was quiet, nice and serene. However, there was no water heater in the bathroom so I could not use hot water. At some point also, water stopped running completely. The customer service is very good though. I liked the way the staff attended to me. Nice place aside the water issue.

I had a swell time at the hotel, my room was very comfortable and neat, the environment was extremely beautiful and quiet, their meals were tasty and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint I have is that they do not have Hair dryer by the pool but every other facility was wonderful.

The hotel had those little things that matter. For example, there was a hanger inside the wardrobe, a quality tooth brush and paste that I used. All these little things matter to me, each time I stay in a hotel.

I had such a good time and it was really money well spent. This isn't my first time at the hotel but the service always remains impeccably good and void of flaws. I'm not saying they're perfect but the service is good.
