It was a nice stay just that they should work on their water ..the water would stop running and start again ,it was just going off and on And the curtains and blanket look so old fashioned ,maybe cause the hotel is old or something But that was my first time going there tho The experience was fair

It was not pleasant, because they had to get extra payment from me saying they don't have my reservation, the rooms were not well kept, the environment was not it at all, the staff there were just rude.

MY stay was very perfect, the hospitality was okay and they made me comfortable

The kitchen was abandoned. The cabinets were unkempt.

The hotel is not okay, the pictures online is different from what is at the hotel.

My stay here was manageable. My room was small, Tv was not working.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The environment was well cleaned. The house keepers came by regularly to do the cleaning. The room I stayed in was very comfortable with good and working facilities available. The staff there were quite efficient as well.

There were rat faeces on the sheets. Thank God that there was no Lassa fever in the country then. The generator broke down in the middle of the night and I endured mosquitoes till day break. I could not get any good sleep that night. I quickly left the place in the morning to another hotel. This hotel should be shut down for complete fumigation. That is my advise for the hotel's management. They should also improve their facilities for better services.

The place makes it as a decent hotel but not more. A number of the facilities only served decorative purposes and weren't functional. This should improve.

I cant look for any other word to describe this hotel other than TERRIBLE!!!!!There were dead rats in the room that they claim to be clean! mosquitoes flying everywhere, in fact the room is totally unkempt. Their services is nothing to write home about,I cant put my hand on one thing that they did right.All the facilities they claim to have was not on ground. And there wasn't light!!!

This place is the worst place any human beign can stay how can I pay so much to die? Everywhere is dirty, the toilet is full of dangerous insects. `Jesus' God forbid it was a mistake that can never repeat its self the only thing fairly good here is just the outside bar where you just sit and drink. This place is a mess.

Piccadilly is worst hotel anyone can be, the rooms are dirty very bad maintenance, the toilet you find dangerous insects e.g centipede, cockroach, the bed spread very dirty. I am disappointed that everything written online is just scam. The only thing good here is just to drink, eat and go. I am sure people writing here are their family members.

The hotel is not so good. There wasn't light at the hotel almost throughout my stay and I had to change rooms twice because i wasn't too comfortable in the rooms I got. They don't have an efficient service out there and I think that's something they need to work on.

I think it is a good hotel, but I didn't really enjoy my stay on this particular occasion. The only issue I had during my stay was that the power supply wasn't stable at all and the generator wasn't turned on.The room i stayed had too much mosquitoes also. The hotel management needs to ensure that corrections are made about this.

The hotel is not too nice. We booked an apartment and we did not get enough facilities for our use. Imagine booking an apartment without kitchen utensils..This should be looked into.

The generator was not on and we were in darkness almost throughout. Armed robbers attacked the hotel environment during my stay. It was not a good experience at all.

I was not impressed at all with the service I got in this hotel. First, the room was not clean enough, bathrooms did not have water and the bathtub was rusted. I know this hotel used to be nice. Please work on these things before you lose your customers.

The hotel was okay, but some things needs to be changed, the light in my room toilet was not working, to make it worst the sink was bad, we had to ask for ask for for basket. There was not water heater, so when ever we needed hot water we had to ask 30 minutes before that time. Your hotel needs renovation and fixing of some of the facilities. With that it will be better and more relaxing.

Your hotel is quite nice but I must let your management know that many things needs to be done, first there should be renovation or fixing of the old facilities, and I think staff training should also be done because some of your staff member are bad at their job, but the lady at the reception is good at her job. I also want more food at the dishes added to the menu list, aside from all this your hotel is really great and a beautiful site.

My stay at your hotel was fair but not the best, I paid for the four bedroom apartment but myself and friends had to manage two rooms because the some keys were missing, its really bad to know that the manager of your hotel could not do anything about, it was from one excuse to another on why we had to manage with the available rooms and that your hotel was highly secured so the door with a bad key lock was not a problem. We really enjoyed ourselves but it would have been nice if the keys were found.

The money I paid is too much for what I got, the painting on the wall was looking like its washed out, the food was manageable and the AC in my room was not working, am not saying that your hotel is bad or substandard but I just know that your hotel needs renovation, work on painting and making all other facilities work well.

My stay was very short but also interesting, my flight was late so I got to your hotel late with the fear that my room may not be available because I was told that the room will be given out if I don't check in by 6pm, to my surprise even at after 8 my room was still available, these really made me happy because I don't know what would have happened if the room was not available. Thank you so much.

Paying so much for a place with many problems was not good, I just wish I came alone and not with my family. My and kids were really disappointed because we had to beg for everything. When you order for a meal it takes forever and the power supply kept on going off and on. It was a bad experience all through.

When I woke up the next day I was shocked to find out that there was no water in the toilet and water was also dropping for the tap.

It was negative than what i expected from an hotel in such location.

The hotel is nice, good location and environment but the rooms are not up to standard. I believe the single economy rooms in hotels should be spacious enough and i also had problem with the door in my room, i was not able to lock my door. They should work on that.

It is really cool, I enjoyed my time at the hotel. Really worth all my money.

Staying in this hotel was really cool. I was very comfortable and the location was just appropriate for my business.

I was totally abashed and embarrassed with this place. My guest complained all the way and it was so disheartening. No laptop to recall reservation request, dusty room, nice staff , large room but wrong facilities. I was not pleased at all.

I had a pleasant stay , the staff were very helpful and organised , constant power supply, food was tasty and nourishing , then the internet service at an high speed. Finally, the environment was neat and conducive . Thanks very much for a job well done

Their entertainment was fine...the hotel was not quite up to standard, averagely okay but not as expected....... the hotel's facilities and amenities wasn't also up to standard...the room i stayed was on the third floor and their staircase is open to the air and not covered by anything to protect someone from the rain all the way from the third floor to the ground floor, so whenever it is raining, one gets wet by the rain because the rain comes directly on the roof to the staircase which is dangerous because the staircase is tiled and it can be slippery.......they should try and put a cover that will protect one from the rain especially the E301 staircase

The hotel doesn't make sense at all, i expected more for the money paid..the environment is not well taken care of, the hotel is not well managed, the rooms are not hygienic , the hotels does not have good amenities and better facilities

My stay at the hotel was good.....the environment was lovely and tidy.......Their customer service was very good and quick in attending to their clients......they should just try and make their rooms more cleaner

This hotel is so poor! their food is 5/10 but their rooms is so BAD. the AC is working like a condemned tortoise car! calle reception 7 times no one showed up to fix it, the standard room is the size of my toilet at home! and the one I went for was big with one side of the wall dirty! i couldnt sleep at night! Mosquitoes have their camp in the room I stayed in. I regret ever lodging here!

The hotel delayed in responding to my request. There was no hot water and the bedding was not too good. No provision for waste bin in the room. Towel and tooth paste were not available in the rest room. The only thing I enjoyed was the swimming pool.

I only stayed here for a night and I love the place. The room was comfortable and mosquito free. The rest room was neat and pleasing to use.

My stay at the hotel was fairly okay. The water in the bathroom was not running and this totally pissed me off. The location was perfect for me and the hotel was well secured. The staff tried their best but the person who was supposed to lead me to the room had no idea where the room was located, we kept going all around before finally locating the room. I wondered if the person was truly a staff of the hotel.

The hotel is clean but a little bit dusty. Aside this, the place is okay and everything went well and we also had fun. In the future we will surely make use this place

The original room I booked for was horrible but latter changed to a better and comfortable room and I'm gland I enjoyed my stay.
