I must confess, the hospitality is very poor, no warm reception. To get the room is difficult, the whole place is not tidy.

The hotel is just decent and nothing out of the ordinary. Water and power were fairly constant and it wasn't a bother during my time there. For the rates though, I think the hotel was superb.
Aged building

The hotel's building is aged and should be renovated soon. I am satisfied with the rate though, it was reasonable for the hotel. I stayed a night at the hotel and left the following morning.
Manageable. Services Can Be Improve

I stayed a night in their standard room. The room had the basic things you would expect, fan, AC, table and chair etc. What I liked about the hotel is that there was electricity all through, although it was often going off and coming back on which was almost annoying. I thought their food was quite expensive. The intercom wasn't working and I had to go downstairs each time I wanted to order something. The bed sheet was white but appeared like brown. Professionalism can also be improved. Overall for the price it's decent if they can keep their intercom working and the bed sheet clean.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I understand the hotel has been since 1991 but there is nothing to hint that it has been that old. The fact your hotel is quite affordable more than made up for the little lapses. This is like the best value for money hotel I have been at. I have been patronizing you and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work.
