Could be better

This hotel has everything they need to be one of the best but they have so mismanaged their resources and facilities so it is not what it should be. Although the room was spacious, it was not tidy. Another problem is there was no water in the hotel. I believe this is a basic amenity any hotel should have. If only they can improve their services, it will be a good place to stay.

Unpleasant services at the Hotel. No light, no electricity, A.C was not working even when there was light. No water heater. Meals were so expensive and looked irritating. It was totally unpleasant

The food was quite expensive, I had to get food outside. The tap on the bath tub in the room I stayed wasn't running. Asides from these, the staffs were okay. The environment was quiet and power supply was very okay.

TERRIBLE HOTEL

Everything is wrong with this hotel and nothing right! I was there last week and safe to say I will never go back! First they tried to hustle me to pay my full hotel bill at the point of check in. My AC remote had dead batteries and it took them over 4 hours to replace it and only after I had shouted myself blue. The excuse was that the store keeper wasn't around. Excuse me, I'm paying N10k a night and you can't replace N100 batteries without the store keeper? Should I even be hearing this? Then the next day they locked me out of my room because I hadn't paid my full bill. The power was intermittent throughout my stay and the AC has to be manually turned on every time the power comes back on - guess how many times I woke up at night to turn it on? Then when I was checking out, the cashier screamed loudly at me like I was running away. People you have been warned.

The hotel is good and the staff were always working hard to see that I was satisfied. I would say there are a few things that need to be looked into but the overall was excellent and I will stay there anytime I'm in Edo. Power supply was good, security was in place and they were on top of making sure client was secure around perimeter.

For me your service is so poor, your environment was left dirty and you absolutely do not have a relating staff. That were the reason you are getting a low rating from me.

I had just a few issues at your hotel, the water closet was not working, I couldn't flush. But your service was good and commendable. It made up for the discomfort I experienced. I would rate my stay a 7 out of 10.

The hotel is nothing to write home about, I had no sleep that night because the room wasn't neat at all. The battery for the AC remote was bad and it took them hours to replace it .The staff have a bad attitude to work.
