Service was the best part of my stay. My room was neat, spacious, and beautiful. Their service was prompt and efficient. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice place, my stay was very fine.

I had a good stay but there was no water in the bathroom and I had to wait for a very long time before getting water to have my bath. It is a cool hotel, located in a serene environment.

This is a personal residence converted into hotel. The building pictures looks great, yeah the reception is ok and the bar. But the rooms are disappointing. Cleaning is minimal and the bed sheets are seldom change. The reception staffs are ok but not professional, too noisy and unorganized. I guess its bcos of what they are being paid. Facilities is less to nothing, wifi don't work, hot water not on demand, the shower in my room broken, I learnt it has been for many months, tv good, food avg. Location is great and it could be a nice hotel if run properly.
