My stay was alright

My stay at the hotel was not very good because the services rendered were below expectation. The power supply was not encouraging. Basically, the hotel provided power supply only during the night. The room was okay and well decorated but it was not worth the price paid.

I’m happy with the serene of the environment and the comfort of the room. The reception was good but not satisfactory. I made some inquiries which I expected more polite and satisfactory response but the response was not encouraging. I guess the lady just passed her aggression on me. The restaurant service was a bit delay and it looks as if the restaurant is far away from the kitchen. They should try to make the restaurant more appealing to the customers. Nevertheless, I will still come here anytime I’m in town.

I'm satisfied and expect me next time I visit, the room given me was very comfortable, and environment was fine and the staff always pay attention to details and willing to help.
