Reviews of Gombe Jewel Hotel

I stayed in 519. My experience isn't a good one. The water heater isn't working, and the AC in the parlour isn't working as well. The TV set isn't connected to a power source, and not all the light bulbs are working. Above all, the water supply is poor. I experienced interruptions in the water supply during my stay. There were hours that I stayed without water. The generator was also turned off at exactly 2:00am. The Mosquito nets of the windows have many holes that could even be penetrator by a mouse.

We were disappointed with the services of the hotel, Though their staffs were friendly.....Some parts of the hotel was old and really needs maintenance, the AC wasn't working, there was a night that there was no light at the hotel, the rug was water marked because water was leaking here and there, the hotel really need renovation

Very good hotel They have it good for them. Nice set up but the rugs need changing and the bulbs should be energy saver at this age and the tv should have more channels not just free to air.

The hotel is okay but I think they need renovation in order to upgrade to a higher standard. Nevertheless, my stay was okay and I would not go back next time.

I had a very nice time.Everything about the hotel was fantastic.
