The TV was not working, Intercom was not working, the room was not comfortable and the bathroom was bad

First off, the room was small and looked nothing like the pictures. The sheets were looking dirty and brownish. The bathroom was just there. The staff (reception in particular) were almost impossible to reach. They weren't picking their calls. I am a big lover of tea so I was disappointed to find that the kettle wasn't working. I called on three different occasions to complain and ask for it to be checked or changed. I even went out to complain about it to a staff member, but nothing was done. The tea cups had a terrible smell even after I asked for them to be washed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who really wants a good hotel experience. Maybe for an unplanned one night stop over or something because the prices are sort of affordable.

Nice staff professional manner, room service was top notch. Peaceful and nice hotel, this is all I wanted.

The ambience was nice, staffs are customer friendly. Nice meal too. I'm presently in another environs and I've been screaming I miss Villa Angelia. If you're around Ikoyi, Villa Angelia should be your go to hotel.

I honestly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I had a warm welcome and the receptionist was very awesome. Although I wasn't too comfortable with the service at the restaurant. They shouldn't get too complacent. However I enjoyed the service and facilities provided at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was very horrible, even though their customer service was excellent and the hotel was easy to locate. My room was unpleasant, the bathroom was in total mess, the water supply was smelly that it gave a brown color, everywhere in the room was really smelling, the tap handle in the bathroom had broken and so it was difficult to operate, AC was not working well and water was dripping out of it.

I would describe my stay at the hotel as home away from home.The hotel is very lovely and peaceful,the staff is well dressed and very polite. I had a splendid stay at the hotel.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures posted on the website. I was really let down when I got there. But all in all I had a nice time at the hotel.

The place was really good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on any day, as I have been there before and would still love to go back there again. Their service delivery is amazing, they have courteous staff, good facilities and the place looks well-managed. I had a wonderful time.
