Everything was okay, polite staff, clean room. My stay was fine

The hotel is nice, easy to locate and quiet. Water and water supply was uninterrupted, their rooms are beautiful and homely. Their quality of service is impressive and they have super efficient staff. Their food tasted really nice and so affordable. It was a wonderful stay, I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

It was so unfortunate that I stayed for two days at Jack Andella Hotel. Barely two hours I checked in to the hotel, the power supply was cut off for many hours before the generator was turn on. The intercom in the room was not working, the bed linens and pillows were badly torn. The staff were rude and useless, they never granted any of my request. I would never visit this hotel again.

The hotel is not nice or lively at all. I only had to stay there because I didn't have a choice and I needed it urgently.

Didn't like the service and room is nasty. The staff were not friendly . They looked hostile and were not professional at all. Be careful. I never go to this place

The hotel was “wao”. It was above the standard I expected. My stay was splendid. The staff made things easier for me, the environment is also very neat, they have cleaners all around and they clean up to like 3 time a day which was cool
