Reviews of Swiss Park Hotel

My stay was fine but the television was not working and they were no towels, I had to wait for 2days before I was given one...

I was not impressed. The room was a mess, bathroom was not in order. The hotel needs total renovation, customer service was good though the telephone numbers at the reception does specify which dept it belongs to. A proper door stopper would be better that using a stone as a door stopper.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Customer support was super awesome. Electricity and power supply was fair. The attendants were homely and well mannered. I had a good stay with almost no issue. I will like the management to continue with the good work.

My stay was so wonderful, the hotel was so clean and quiet. The hotel's staff was so friendly and accommodating, there was water and power supply too. I had sufficient toiletries and their food was tasty. It was a pleasant stay.

My stay there was very good. Although I was checked into a room with higher rates and there was a lot of initial drama and controversy concerning my reservation, it was quickly sorted and I was checked into a room. The Hotel is indeed beautiful and I really had such a nice time there. I'm very sure if you could go to the hotel as well you would indeed agree with me.

My experience at the hotel was fair enough no more no less. The service quality was okay and good values for money spent.
