The hotel is not of standard at all, the customer service is poor. The intercom was not working at all, the bathroom and room wasn't in good condition at all. They need to up their game and provide better service

Their rooms are very dirty, the environment is very dirty, the toilet is not neat, I can't go there again

My check in to the hotel was smooth. However, I was not overly satisfied with the services rendered at the hotel. I did not like the room I was initially given so I had to change rooms a number of times. The power supply was not constant, the food was bad and the laundry service was poor. The facilities provided were fair.

The hotel didn't meet my standard, there was no light at the hotel and their services were not encouraging

My room was low standard, not nice at all. Bathroom door cannot be close, Old TV, dirty room, no towel.

I did not really enjoy my stay at the hotel. Although, the room rate was reasonable and everything in the room were in the right place. The toilet and bathroom were clean. But the power supply was not encouraging. The internet connection also was very weak. My stay at the hotel was just fair.

My stay at New City Hotel was cool. I was pleased with my stay that I had to extend it. The hotel power supply was not constant but was manageable, the bathroom was clean, the room was spacious and perfect for the price only that the door to the room was bad. The room service was also timely.

I have used the hotel a couple of times and I was not disapointed at all by the hotel's standards and services. My room was okay, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets. The toilet and bathroom were clean and properly maintained. I had a nice time at the hotel as usual.
