My stay at the hotel was fine, except for the fact that there was no internet connection, every other thing was amazing. Power supply was constant and water was available throughout my stay, room service was prompt and meals were affordable. The hotel was neat and beautiful.

My stay at the hotel was bad. The services rendered were poor, slow and ineffective. The power supply was poorly rationed. The mosquitoes in the room were unbearable at night, I could hardly sleep. I was unsatisfied with every bit of my stay.

There wasn't light when I got to the hotel, I was told the generator is faulty and they are working on it. I'm amazed a hotel like yours doesn't have a backup generator for such cases. The room service were nonchalant and unenthusiastic about their work, it took a whole 4 hours for air freshener to be brought to me from the time I requested it. The food isn't any better. I don't have any good reviews for the hotel.

Your hotel needs serious renovation, the AC in my room kept on making very terrible noise that I could hardly sleep. It a beautiful place and also in a beautiful environment but needs to fix on time, if not it will lose major customer. It's just an advise.

I was more than disappointed when I stayed at the hotel. I was meant to stay 3 nights but I checked out after my first night. Never in my entire life have I stayed at such a hotel with poor standard. First, there was no intercom in the room. Secondly, bed is extremely flat. My back aches as at this moment and feel more stressed waking up. Thirdly, services offered were very terrible. I had to leave my room to go to the reception to ask for everything. I was kept waiting at the reception for over an hour just to have the room prepared for me for check in. I asked for a towel and I didn't get any even up until I checked out. There were mosquitoes flying about the room. I even requested for insecticide to be sprayed there and my request was declined. The state of the bathroom is terrible. I wish I could take pictures and post here! I had to call Hotels.ng to express my displeasure in this very poor services. TERRIBLE is an understatement for this hotel. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

This hotel is good value for money, considering most top quality hotels in Abuja come way over N12,000 a night. The staff are quite friendly and the rooms comfortable (thank goodness there are no hideous mink blankets here). The restaurant menu is quite comprehensive and the food prepared freshly, just have to wait 20mins for it. The location is very good as well and it's a peaceful place to hide out. This is my preferred pick for now in Abuja.

The hotel is nicely located and staff members are cordial. However, the room I stayed was not impressive: no waste bin, the mini fridge was not working, bathroom light was bad, intercom was not working (I had to go downstairs every time I needed something). The hotel management needs to work on their service delivery.

I have stayed at the hotel before so It is not my first time staying at the hotel. I wanted to stay in the exact room I stayed the last time but I found that the lock had issues so I had to go to another to stay for security purposes. The hotel has good facilities so I quite enjoyed my stay there. The services delivery was quite good though.

The hotel sold out the room I initially booked for so I ended up paying extra to be able to check in to the hotel. The environment was cool and serene. I booked this hotel for a three - day stay sometime in May. The place is an absolute disaster. The sheets on the bed were extremely filthy and frayed ... there were blood stains on them. There were roaches, mosquitoes, wall geckos and other insects in the room. The windows were leaking and the bed we slept in was soaked. The food was equally horrible and unpalatable. The hotel premises itself is quite loud and very difficult to rest properly at night. Frankly, it is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life ... and that includes my boarding school. I think a lot of renovation and fumigation need to b done here to improve the service delivery of the place.
