I booked this hotel for a three - day stay sometime in May. The place is an absolute disaster. The sheets on the bed were extremely filthy and frayed ... there were blood stains on them. There were roaches, mosquitoes, wall geckos and other insects in the room. The windows were leaking and the bed we slept in was soaked. The food was equally horrible and unpalatable. The hotel premises itself is quite loud and very difficult to rest properly at night. Frankly, it is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life ... and that includes my boarding school. I think a lot of renovation and fumigation need to b done here to improve the service delivery of the place.

I had a good stay at the hotel. My check in and check out went well. The environment was nice and cool to stay in. The room was clean and comfortable for me. The facilities there worked well. The bathroom was well cleaned and had all necessary toiletries available for use. The only issue I had there was that the television set did not work to my satisfaction. Regardless, I had a good stay at the hotel.

The hotel sold out the room I initially booked for so I ended up paying extra to be able to check in to the hotel. The environment was cool and serene. The only discomfort I had there was the fact that the beddings were not as clean as I expected and I had to call for it to be changed. The available facilities there worked pretty fine and toiletries were available for use. The management should work mainly on their cleanliness for better service delivery

My stay was okay. I was well received by the staff. They were all nice and friendly and I had no issues with them. The environment was nice and cool. The room was okay with all the necessary facilities available for use. I had a nice time there. The power supply was good as well.

The hotel is nicely located and staff members are cordial. However, the room I stayed was not impressive: no waste bin, the mini fridge was not working, bathroom light was bad, intercom was not working (I had to go downstairs every time I needed something). The hotel management needs to work on their service delivery.

I have stayed at the hotel before so It is not my first time staying at the hotel. I wanted to stay in the exact room I stayed the last time but I found that the lock had issues so I had to go to another to stay for security purposes. The hotel has good facilities so I quite enjoyed my stay there. The services delivery was quite good though.

I was more than disappointed when I stayed at the hotel. I was meant to stay 3 nights but I checked out after my first night. Never in my entire life have I stayed at such a hotel with poor standard. First, there was no intercom in the room. Secondly, bed is extremely flat. My back aches as at this moment and feel more stressed waking up. Thirdly, services offered were very terrible. I had to leave my room to go to the reception to ask for everything. I was kept waiting at the reception for over an hour just to have the room prepared for me for check in. I asked for a towel and I didn't get any even up until I checked out. There were mosquitoes flying about the room. I even requested for insecticide to be sprayed there and my request was declined. The state of the bathroom is terrible. I wish I could take pictures and post here! I had to call Hotels.ng to express my displeasure in this very poor services. TERRIBLE is an understatement for this hotel. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, hospitable and polite. They made my stay a memorable one. The facilities provided were modern. The air condition in the room worked perfectly well. The bathroom and toilet were well equipped. The environment of the hotel was serene and clean. It was very easy locating the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

My stay was awesome. The hotel strikes me as one that is truly concerned about their customer satisfaction. Most of the facilities were in good shape and working properly. Hospitality shouldn't be about the money and your hotel sets the trail.

There wasn't light when I got to the hotel, I was told the generator is faulty and they are working on it. I'm amazed a hotel like yours doesn't have a backup generator for such cases. The room service were nonchalant and unenthusiastic about their work, it took a whole 4 hours for air freshener to be brought to me from the time I requested it. The food isn't any better. I don't have any good reviews for the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was bad. The services rendered were poor, slow and ineffective. The power supply was poorly rationed. The mosquitoes in the room were unbearable at night, I could hardly sleep. I was unsatisfied with every bit of my stay.

The staff were extremely professional and the room was large and clean. The hotel was the perfect place for me, power supply was 24hours, internet was available, water heater was working fine. The room was comfortable and beautiful, their room service was perfect, food was delicious and affordable. I had to extend my stay, I was satisfied.

My stay at the hotel was okay. Customer service was excellent, my room was neat and comfortable although there was no Internet connection but there was constant electricity and water supply.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, their food was wonderful, the hotel was perfect and their customer service was good. My room was neat, there was constant power and water supply. Their staff was friendly, respectful and efficient, I am impressed with their services but they need to provide soap, towel, tissue paper and toothpaste in the bathroom.

My stay at the hotel was fine, except for the fact that there was no internet connection, every other thing was amazing. Power supply was constant and water was available throughout my stay, room service was prompt and meals were affordable. The hotel was neat and beautiful.

Well, it was just an okay stay at the hotel. The room was clean upon arrival but was not cleaned anymore after we checked in. The hotel customer service was poor as we were always kept on delay when we requested for an item. The environment was nice and friendly. I believe the hotel could make improvements on the customer service as it will help with the progress of the hotel.

I was really impressed with my stay at the hotel. I really enjoyed the constant power supply at the hotel, the room and bathroom were perfect. I enjoyed the quiet and convenient location of the hotel. My only complain is that, my room had no water heater which is not so bad, but generally, it is a very good hotel.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, the hotel was not difficult to locate. There was water and power supply. The hotel has excellence customer service but they need to fumigate their environment because there were lots of insects in the room that I couldn't sleep at night .

The hotel lacks emergency service, I needed to be taken to the hospital but there wasn't any emergency taxi, bus or vehicle to convey me there.

Your hotel needs serious renovation, the AC in my room kept on making very terrible noise that I could hardly sleep. It a beautiful place and also in a beautiful environment but needs to fix on time, if not it will lose major customer. It's just an advise.

This hotel is good value for money, considering most top quality hotels in Abuja come way over N12,000 a night. The staff are quite friendly and the rooms comfortable (thank goodness there are no hideous mink blankets here). The restaurant menu is quite comprehensive and the food prepared freshly, just have to wait 20mins for it. The location is very good as well and it's a peaceful place to hide out. This is my preferred pick for now in Abuja.

For the price I guess it was okay and up to the standard.

They hotel was beautiful and have a friendly staff. I was really surprised with the services provided, it was above my expectation. I will love to visit again.
