Most facilities were not functioning. They rooms were unkempt, the environment was not conducive.

I was checked in to a room close to mosque with too much noise but was later given a better room.

Although locating the hotel was difficult, I had a nice stay.

My stay at the hotel was horrible. No water heater, the air conditional was not working, the bathroom not too clean. The hotel was not maintained at all. i asked for towel and I was given a wet towel. I was not impressed.
Dirty hotel

Checked into your suite and it looked as if the room was never cleaned. Had to call reception and I was told housekeeping had closed. The receptionist volunteered to come clean the room and the mop he used was the dirtiest mop I've ever seen. It was almost black!!!! This was like 10pm. I was very disappointed at the state of affairs at the hotel.

The hotel is nice and I have recommended it to several of my friends already. The staff is really friendly and hospitable, and the rooms are beautiful also.
