"A hidden gem"

I was checked in this nice and cosy hotel by my best friend when i came over from the United kingdom for vacation, I have never heard about this hidden gem of hotel until then.The quality of service was a bit slow but i can't fault the cleanliness and the comfort of the hotel.I would like emphasize that pool side was best part of the hotel i liked most but the pool needed to be addressed in terms of hygiene the water was not treated properly.As the previous reviewer mentioned perfect for couples and singles but disagree for a family. its a nice, comfortable hotel, with nice serenity and security, its perfect for family, individuals and couples...... i just love it!
