My stay was good and fine, the room was cool and nice, I really enjoyed my stay...

Their staff is very rude and it takes forever to deliver orders

My stay was fine, but the room bed was not comfortable for me and I requested for them to change the room to another.

Good hotel with functional facilities . My stay was just there, nothing special.

The hotel is something else. Customer service is Zero.

My experience here was a combination of sweet and sour. I was first welcomed with this huge flood as I drove into the hotel. I was repelled at the sight of this. Check in was very smooth, the room had a big bed that I enjoyed laying in. Although the beddings were not so good, they looked overused. You guys should get new beddings of good quality. However, I was treated very well by the staff.

They have well trained staff, constant water and power supply and a good water heater was available. The hotel was well secured and clean. The room was not quite big but it was comfortable and their staff were efficient and friendly. My stay was awesome, I am glad I stayed at the hotel.

The staff were considerate and helpful. I was not satisfied with the room I checked into at first so I complained to the staff and I was moved into another room which was very comfortable. The only problem I had was the toilet that needs to be renovated. The facilities also need to be upgraded.

When I got the hotel I was not impressed by what I saw. I really didn't use the hotel but I could almost tell what I would be getting. I decided to get an alternative. This is just my opinion though but I doubt I will be using this hotel again except drastic changes are made.

It was good, but the intercoms were not working and at times towels would not be made available. But all in all it was really good.

It was nice staying at your hotel, from monday night till thursday when I left I was well taken of. Continue like this.

The hotel was good, they have nice staffs and customer service...a nice place to be, it was worth it

The hotel was okay, cheap and up to the standard. The location was easily accessible for me. Nothing to complain of for now.

The hotel is well equipped and functioning properly, internet service was very fast. But the television in their rooms need to be replaced with plasma television, modernised hotel don’t use small and old television any more.
