I enjoyed the services, everything was perfect

Bad maintenance though the hotel is cool

My stay was fine, everything about the hotel was okay except for the fact that they was no WIFI.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my short visit to Ekpoma. The hotel's environment was nice and cool. The rooms are well cleaned and the facilities are fully functional. The staff were nice and friendly. The food served was also good.

The hotel is poorly managed and customer service is not good enough. I am writing this review from my room, a king suit where I was promised free wifi when I booked but that is nowhere to be found. I got back from an outing thinking that my room would be cleaned but it was not done. I even had to upgrade rooms but there was no improvement. There are too many mosquitoes flying around. Not impressed

My stay at the hotel was good but this was not so initially. The rooms are neat and spacious. The pillow on my bed was very bad, I complained to the staff present and I was not well attended to at all. They still have a lot of work to be done as regards customer service delivery and facilities in the room.

I had a terrible experience at the hotel. The entire room was in a bad state. It was unkempt, dusty and dirty. Mosquitoes were not left out, I was badly bitten. I was forced to check out the next day because I only managed to spend the night. The hotel needs to be refurbished while the services need to be upgraded.

I was in the hotel for six nights, the television could not show any news channels, to my greatest surprise. The superior rooms were let out to rowdy juveniles who occupied them at least 4 to 7 in a room, causing so much noise and disturbance. Having been a patron of the hotel for more than 15 years now, the above situation could be remedied. As a business man myself, I am not happy writing this review for the hotel that has just undergone massive refurbishments. There is a need for patronage, a lot just need to be done by the management to curtail the kind of guests that come into the hotel.

My stayed at the hotel was good, the hotel was beautiful, there was power and water supply throughout my stay. They had excellent customer service, their staff were amazing and always full of smiles. Supreme hotel was well maintained, my room was neat and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is a nice place, I was planning to spend just a night but I was impressed and I had to extend my stay.Their service is very prompt and efficient, there was power and water supply throughout my stay. The food is affordable and delivered on time.

My stay was okay, The rooms are neat and spacious , though the services were not up to what I expected but I still had fun staying there. I will rate them average.

I enjoyed my stay, I really had a great time at the hotel. The location was just perfect for me. The hotel has a smiling front desk officer, their food tasted really nice and I love their service. The hotel was well maintained, I was satisfied in terms of the comfort of the room, services and facilities available at the hotel, cleanliness of the environment and the friendly staffs. I am planning to visit soon.
