The hotel was okay and their customer service tried but the hot water in the bathroom wasn't working and then the whole place was smelling.......also their intercom wasn't working

The hotel was not hard for me to locate. The staffs were always at your service. I had no issue at all. The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed staying there.
