I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room I was checked into was neat and all necessary things were in place. I can recommend to my friends anytime.

My stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The hotel management and staff were hospitable. The room was attractive, the air conditioning unit and television functioned well. The room service was well trained and humble. I like the hotel!

I did not enjoy my stay in the hotel, the facilities are failing, there was no supply of water, and electricity was not constant throughout my stay. I feel the hotel's management needs to improve and change the facilities in the hotel. The room I checked into was also poorly furnished and it was not comfortable.

This hotel was great and up to the standard, everywhere was neat, room was comfortable and all the equipment were functioning properly and also staff were not left out they did a very great job. But their food was a little a bit expensive and I think they need to do something about it.

My stay at Aldgate Congress Hotel was poor. The staffs were generally rude and that is extremely bad for business. I hope they improve.

The rooms in the hotel need to be refurbished. There was no tea and coffee making facility in the room. I would suggest each room should have at least an electric kettle, tea cup, spoon and all necessary tea making ingredients. The intercom in the room was not responding and the air condition did not work well.
