I had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and always ready to help their guests. The meals served tasted really nice and they looked so fresh that I had to order for more meals. The hotel had a very weak internet service which I found frustrating.

The hotel claimed to have internet access but to my surprise it was not available throughout my stay. I was not comfortable at all at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was very good. The services rendered were absolutely great and satisfying. The staff were polite and helpful. I was given a very low discount on my airport pick up but the hotel management needs to reduce the prices of the drinks sold at the hotel.

The hotel is bad I must say. I did not like the place at all so much tat I had to change hotels. The staff and management do not have what it takes to run and handle a proper hotel. I am really disappointed. No facilities available, No good customer services at all, no security consciousness too. The worst thing is that I could not even get a cup of tea from the hotel. My stay was really bad and it was too late for me to leave on the first night. I managed to stay there that day

I like the location of the Hotel. It affords you the opportunity to relax and unwind. It has the feeling of a home with vibrant ,clean, very courteous staff On the matter of breakfast, it is recommended that the folder that informs breakfast is FREE should only be place in a room that entitles the guest. It can be confusing leaving it in all the rooms since not all the rooms are entitled to the free breakfast. I give it B+.
