My stay was fantastic; their room and customer service was great

AC was leaking, the client had to use a bucket to control the spills

My stay at the hotel was beautiful, the hotel was neat and they have excellent staff. My room was comfortable and beautiful with nice curtains, neat bed sheet and all facilities were put in place. I enjoyed my stay.

It is a good hotel. The environment was comfortable for me, the food good, the receptionist very friendly and polite. That's why I always lodge at Rockview whenever I am in town.

I'm currently staying at the rock view hotel in Owerri, what a disappointment. I had my team move from a much poorer quality hotel to the Rockview before I arrived. The hotel is fine BUT DO NOT expect Internet connectivity. After 4 houer I had the reception promise 3 times that it will be sorted, 5 times that the manager wil call me to sort it out. Once the customer relation guy was here. I phoned the reception now again telling her that I would complain on the net, her response " there not Internet" BUT I have an I pad on roaming, worst service ever. If you consider his hotel bring your own 3G or Internet connectivity, hey have no idea how to operate a Wi-Fi system. pOOOOR!!!!!!SH&$ service

I would have preferred the Rockview Royal to this because I was not very comfortable here. I was not able to control air-condition from my bed; both the tap and the shower were having issues. If you turn on the shower the tap will be running at the same time and vice-versa. I think they need to pay more attention on maintenance.

I have being staying here for years anytime I visit Abuja because of its proximity to where my business is. It reduces the cost of my transportation

I was really impressed with the service of Hotels.ng, I just tried my luck to book online and it worked and immediately I told them my name at the hotel, my room key was handed over to me. The hotel has good facilities and the room was averagely okay. I have recommended the service to my friends

My stay was awesome, their facilities was functioning properly. I enjoyed myself and I had no issue with the hotel. Everything was fine.

The hotel is living on past glory, they are not improving in any way....there is suppose to be proper maintenance of their facilities and upgrade in their services

I stayed here for 7 nights and I indeed my stay was wonderful, everything went well. They have a good restaurant and bar and I enjoyed their meal. Rockview Classic Hotel is a place to be.

The attitude of your Room Service Staff was very disrespectful and rather disdainful to me as a Guest in the hotel when I ordered breakfast in the morning of the 29th January, 2015. When I complained about the contents of the breakfast items served one Rosemary rudely and disrespectfully ordered a server to come to my room and carry away the order tray whilst I was expecting compliance with my order. She acted rudely and my complaint to the front desk officers sadly fell on deaf ears. I will never stay in the Hotel or its chain again.

When i logged in the hotel.to my greatest surprise I felt very uncomfortable and kinda creepy.According to the room logs,That particular room was used last in December and i got to use it in March.Dont know if that was accurate but i did not have a good feeling,so I left the very next day.Others could have a different Opinion.The environment of the Hotel looks good

I was impressed and pleased with the warm reception I got from the receptionist, they are very helpful and pay attention to details. The environment was clean, and atmosphere conducive. I also appreciate the fact that the water heater was working properly, I almost spent close to an hour in the bathroom. Although their food was not satisfactory, what that suppose to be a complimentary breakfast took them more than 5minutes to be served.

The place was nice , from the receptionist, food, and security were so great, the only thing I didn't like was the bedspread.

I loved my stay

I had a nice time at the Hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Their facilities are well maintained. However, I am surprised and disappointed that after paying such an amount of money there is no complementary breakfast.

The hotel was okay, the staff really tried for me, the room was comfortable, the location was perfect and also the environment was clean and much secured.

I had no problems at all, everything went on perfectly and I was really glad.
