I had really high hopes when I made this reservation but unfortunately, my hopes were dashed as soon as I arrived at the hotel. The staff were overly relaxed, laid back and unhelpful. The light and water situation was quite frustrating. Late at night, I went down to the reception to complain that there was no water, because the room did not have an intercom, but I met no one there, the hotel's phone number was also switched off. The compound of the hotel was very dirty. Something needs to be done soon and fast.

The water and power supply at your hotel were rather erratic and frustrating too. My stay would have been like 10 times better if you had these basic things. Since these things are invaluable, you just have to make it available and steady too.

Although the environment was looking too remote, I was suprised to get such level of services. My room was big enough, the AC was working, food were served not later than five minutes after placing your order, the environment was very quiet, the hotel attendants were very homely and welcoming. The only issue the hotel had was light issues which is a major challenge in Nigeria. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
