Reviews of NERDC Guest House

My stay at the hotel was okay. However, there were a number of things lacking there. The staff were nice. The power supply was stable. The air conditioner did not work i the room I stayed i. The intercom in the room did not work too so I had to go out to the reception several times to get things done. The television had only local channels showing, there was no variety to choose from. The front desk staff were not professional at all. I came down to meet them playing football in the compound and others playing cards.

The staff were prompt, courteous and friendly; especially the front desk officer. The location was easily accessible, the television worked perfectly without interruption. The heater worked perfectly too.

My stay at this hotel was fair considering the amount I paid for the room. Everything in the room was worth the price so I have no complaints. The customer service delivery is exceptional. It is located in a very accessible area.

The hotel is quiet and the staff are nice but there is no restaurant. It was quite ridiculous that we had to go outside to eat. They should at least get a restaurant so that after eating, guests can relax at the hotel.
