Everything about this hotel is top-notch. The hotel is very clean, conducive with excellent security.

It was fine, but their bedspread was old.

I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Although it has a local standard, the environment was clean which is a good thing. The staff were nice and friendly. The bad thing about the place is that there were no toiletries available for use in the bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for five nights and we had a really wonderful time there. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the excellent customer service rendered. I will stay again and again at later dates.

I frequent Akure and don't fail to stay at the hotel whenever I am around. My stay has gone very well so far. I like it that the rooms are not the conventional rooms you get in places like Lagos for example, they are spacious and way more comfortable. I like the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful and conducive. I was very impressed with the power supply. The food, too tasted nice and was quite affordable. Also, it is worthy of note that the staff are really nice and courteous and are efficient at their duties.

I regularly use your hotel whenever I'm at Akure. Typically, my stay is very nice and I have no complaints, the last one was no exception. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was stylishly decorated, the air condition worked very well and the toilet had enough toiletries. The room service was awesome and the staff were always ready to assist their guest. I enjoyed my stay.

I am so disappointed at the hotel and their management , the hotel needs a whole lot of restructuring.The building is old ,there isn't a working WiFi that they claim to have.The room is not well ventilated, the plumbing work is badly done in the bathroom.

Royal Birds Hotel is a nice place to stay at. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. I like the place.

The pool side bar was horrible, there was no premium subscription to watch a match, we had to visit another hotel to watch our match.This is very disappointing. Imagine a hotel of such ranking not having subscription for it's guests? Very Bad

Staying at your hotel was nice, but please I need the management to work on having better food menu, for the four morning at your hotel I kept getting bread and tea as breakfast and tea, when I asked why the lady at the kitchen gave me a cold reply which was not nice, I noticed that the women were not well educated, so I think that you should get women who are educated and can do the job better. Every other thing was good.

It was a great week at your hotel, every where was very clean, the food was nice and I was really treated nice. Akure is a beautiful place with nice and welcoming people, Imlook forward to coming over again soon.

My stay at the hotel was okay, the hotel met my standard as usual, the customer service is great, i will always come back, the hotel is one of the best in ile-ife, they should keep up the good work and maintain their standard

the hotel its ok but no i was not satisfied with the services rendered.

The hotel is okay but I did not like the way I was treated by the staff. I got to the hotel around 11 pm and on getting to the reception to make payment for my room, I discovered that the POS was not working and I had no cash with me. I was forced to go and search for ATM machine around very late at night since I was told that they can’t check me in unless I made payment. It was very embarrassing and I think that was not a proper way to treat an old customer. Anyway that will not stop me from going there again.
