My first experience logging in this hotel gives me a proper understanding about how quality their service is. They have the best quality and policies an hotel should have.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Overall, I had a great experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

I enjoyed my stay and the customer service was excellent the hotel was spotless I will be back there soon

This hotel is fantastic. The hotel management are very professional and their customer service is topnotch. I really like their executive rooms, it is really appropriate and affordable for customers. And the hotel environment is very tidy. I will definitely be checking-in soon. BW Starfire Hotel is one the best hotels in Lagos, Nigeria.

A good-looking hotel beginning from the gate with fair price. Their customer service is polite and ready to help. The bedrooms are clean, interesting, and comfortable enough as well as their swimming pool. It is specially preferable for writers because of its quiet and refreshing environment. I recommend everyone to try it out and testify by yourselves.

Going to Nigeria, I didn't know where I'd live throughout my stay there. So I remembered there was a friend I had online who stays in Nigeria and he recommended that I try the Best Western Starfire hotel. I was not disappointed, they have great customer service, comfortable rooms, and above all, delicious local dishes. I intend to go to Nigeria again, and that's where I'll be getting my rest.

The hotel has a conducive environment, neat swimming pool, excellent customer service, their food is top notch, the room is conducive and well arranged.

I really had I lot of fun when I visited this amazing hotel, the environment was so Seren which gives everyone a piece of mind to think and go about their activities. Their workers are very good at customer service and the price is affordable considering how wonderful their facilities are and the kind of services they offer their customers. I arrived very tired with someone, and they were very quick to respond, I am a person who likes cleanliness, I must congratulate the people who clean that place they do a great job congratulations really, well-organized rooms, super fast service, we barely arrived and we were already in the room

Honestly, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have visited. A clean hotel, great handling, and all facilities are well-equipped. The thing I liked the most was the gyms that are not found in other hotels, especially the swimming pool, and the food I liked too.

When I was planning to visit Nigeria earlier this year I did not have a starting point of how I was to get a good hotel or a one-week stay as I conducted my business. However, I contacted a friend in Lagos who recommended me to BW Starfire Hotel. I decided to give it a try.

Nice quiet hotel with good service from the front desk. Free parking, free wifi which works well. Honestly I highly recommend it, professional welcome, tidy and clean, nice breakfast. I highly recommend him

The front desk staff was excellent. I've only recently stayed there, and I'm impressed. The pleasant scent follows you from the entrance to your room. extremely well kept I asked the front desk for aid, and she assisted me in retrieving something I had left behind in the lounge.

If you want to spend a pleasant and quiet night this hotel is the best, I really liked this hotel, the attention and service are extraordinary, their prices are comfortable, I definitely recommend them.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and I had a wonderful time. I was in a spacious room and I had access to breakfast and a comfortable sitting area. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite and answered all my questions. I would definitely stay here again for a future trip.

My stay was very good, except that the bathroom in my room did not have a shower head. When I spoke with the hotel's attendant about this, he was surprised and blamed it on a probable oversight. I am sure it must have been corrected by now though.

I really had a nice time at the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly. I got value for money because every single thing was properly handled by very capable hotel attendants. The room I stayed in had a lot of cockroaches, it was very dirty and the walls are almost falling off. The paintings have peeled off also. All the complaints I gave to the staff fell on deaf ears. I have to say that the customer service is poor and not efficient.

I really enjoyed my stay, its a great place with wonderful people around, checking in was fast and the lady at the reception was very nice, she welcomed me really well and also asked that my room be properly taken care off before I checked into it, just had a little a problem with the internet service from my room, when I complained I was told that the room always had internet problem and the manager checked me into a room with better internet service.

I experienced quite a large number of dissatisfaction at the hotel. Not too good bedsheet and bad AC. I was extremely displeased because those are about the basic found in any hotel of modern times. They should really improve because I am already discouraged.
