The client said hotel management is very poor, the rooms were in very bad condition. The beddings and rooms were not something to write home about. The stay was horrible.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel and it was nothing to write home about. The room I stayed in was not well taken care of. The bedspread was there for 3 nights without changing it and the room service did not clean the room properly. There was no waste bin and intercom in the room. The bathroom had no water heater also.

I enjoyed my stay, their services was wonderful, everything went smoothly

the hotel did not meet my standards this time....i thought the hotel would still be the same as i've been visiting over the years.it was more fun and satisfying then..but was not now. there was no hot water to bath for the 2 days spent, breakfast was not served too... they should rectify all this asap
