I did not like the hotel because the hotel is not what I saw online; Bad rooms, facilities, and customer service

This is a very terrible place to stay. So tacky, and unkempt. It is total waste of money sleep in this building .

It was an average stay.

My stay at the hotel was bad. The room was not worth the money paid, the hotel rooms were not up to standard and the bathroom and toilet lacked toiletries. I made reservation for three nights but I ended up spending one night due to the discomfort I was experiencing at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was okay, the hotel staff were helpful, nice and respectful but I am not impressed at all. The hotel was just too dirty. There was no water, the shower was not working, the bedspread was dirty and smelly, the bathroom was not too clean too. The hotel needs to work on the cleanliness.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are saying, but my experience here was horrible. The bathroom is dirty and towels are not clean. The power outlets are bad and the power supply erratic and not constant. No water supply. Though they fixed a few facilities after I complained. It was fair anyways. If all you need is a cheap hotel, then i guess you can manage it but if you also want comfort, please stay away from this hotel.

the hotel was nothing to write home about, and the price they charge for each rooms was just too expensive for what they have... i changed rooms several times just for comfort but could not get, i even tried moving in to their more expensive rooms just for comfort and satisfactions but found out it was all the same. i got no value for my money and am totally dissapointed
