Reviews of U.I. Hotel

When I arrived at the reception and asked to see the rooms before I pay, the lady simply pointed to a monitor. On the screen, it looked good so I paid. Then, an attendant took me to a room. When I was about settling down, I discovered there were ladies' materials in the wardrobe. I called the reception and it appeared the room was already occupied. How ridiculous? I was taken to another room and it wasn't any better either. It was disorganized, the floor was dirty... I just couldn't complain anymore and decided to just get on with the conference call I wanted to make. In all honesty, it was a very poor experience; the room was unlike what I saw on the monitor. The bathroom was so terrible and dirty - water wasn't running, the towel was more like a rag. I couldn't have my bath in it. The terrible condition of everything didn't let me have the confidence to call the kitchen for food. I can't imagine how it must be.

This is a great and beautiful hotel with good customer relations. I love the food because it has great options. Went there with my family and it was a good experience. We look forward to going back there. I love the good environment and spacious room. Cool stuff

It is a good hotel, close to the location of the event I wanted to attend. The services were good and the room was big enough with very little environmental noise. Breakfast was good with sufficient options. We enjoyed our one night.

It's a very good hotel and wonderful customer relationship, I was treated like a King when I got there and throughout my stay. I look forward to going there again someday.

My stay at the hotel was fine, their customer service tried their best...everything went well

The hotel is good but they need to improve quickly. The room I was given initially was not comfortable; the air condition was not working. I was later moved to another room which was far better and I enjoyed my stay.
