Reviews of Chelsea Hotel (Central Business District)

I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I did not exactly have any issues checking in and out of the hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever about the place. The services rendered were good and the staff were very efficient while carrying out their duties. Good, excellent and fine hotel. I would give an eight over ten rating so that there can be room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was just okay. I did not really enjoy the hotel though because it was not up to my taste but it is nothing to worry about. The place is just okay. The management can work towards making it better.

I used the hotel while on a business trip so I didn't really explore it much. Besides, my stay was very brief but I was satisfied with all through my stay.

I was not impressed with my stay at the hotel because I expected more from the hotel. The room was well furnished but the air condition in the room had no control and the bathroom drainage was bad that it was flooded with water. The meals served did not taste well but the pastries were well baked. The staff at the hotel were careless about the welfare of their guests. I did not get the value of the money paid.

I have lodge in this hotel regularly in the course of my official duties in Abuja. The location suits me being central to my contacts in Abuja; the rooms are clean, neat sheets, good food and complimentary breakfast. A well equipped gym and a swimming pool for those who'd desire a dip therein. Above all. courteous and friendly staff. In the two years that I've been patronizing them, they've been very good.

The hotel was nice and i will give them 80%..........The hotel should make sure that they put everything in place whenever a client checks in because there was no water heater in the bathroom when i got to the hotel, i had to ask for electric kettle...also the complimentary table water wasn't given to me till i asked for it, they should carefully take note of those little things in order to make their clients more comfortable

I have been using the hotel for a while now and their services are very much okay by me though i didn't really enjoy my stay this last time but the hotel is okay and they have nice staffs and good customer service

Check in time is too slow. Too much waiting in the lobby.

I was there for 3days when I came to abuja....I love it

poor welcome at the reception. it took 30 minutes for them to attend me. Even after 30 min after filling the necessary form i waited for another 10 min without anyone attending to me. their food too is expensive & boring whenever you ask something from the menu after 20 minutes they will it's not available.
