Bad customer service

The service rendered was not okay, they was no towel in the room, and it takes for ages before you get your request. The staff are nonchalant.

My stay at the hotel was lovely but its only that the AC in the room I actually booked for wasn't working so i was moved to another room which I had to pay more money for, then the room I was transferred to the water heater bad as well.At this point I had to manage the room that way. Aside all this they had great staff, good breakfast, excellent size rooms and great location; we just walked everywhere! We stayed here for the weekend and we had a beautiful view of the hotel surroundings. The room was neat and well maintained and the staff were polite. This hotel has a really nice restaurant with delicious meals which was affordable.My weekend was really nice.

I actually got total comfort at the hotel, They had neat and beautiful room setting, Consistent water, power supply and delicious meals. In conclusion My stay was nice.

The hotel offered me exactly what I was expecting. The room was comfortable and the services were awesome. The hotel building is clean but the environment is typical Lagos Street. Anyway, the place is lively and I enjoyed my stay.
