Reviews of Carlson Hotel

I was able to check in early in the morning with no additional cost as was agreed previously before booking. My room was changed immediately I complained I'd prefer a bigger room as booked. All the staff on duty during my 3 day stay were great especially Niyi to Sunday at the bar and the other lady at the bar. The cook and all the other boys, including the security staff. Used the hotel taxi, the driver Gbenga was so gracious as he accompanied me during my shopping at the market. My room was spacious and clean. Clean water. Constant power supply and gen. Free uninterrupted WIFI. Very quiet and serene hotel and location. Thank you guys at the Three Arms....it was like family!

Three arms is a serene boutique hotel in the heart of Ikoyi Lagos. Staff was excellent, the atmosphere was great, rooms clean and very well maintained. Water was available and the rooms well air-conditioned. The only complaint was the pool which was being worked on and the lack of variety with the food. It was a wonderful four-night stay. I would recommend Three arms to anyone and would definitely go back

The hotel is located in a very good, quiet and serene environment. The rooms are clean and spacious. There was constant power supply and water throughout my stay at the hotel.I would love that they expand their parking space so more cars can be accommodated. Asides that, it was very good

My stay was fine, no complaints at all and everything went well.

Nice place to be, the environment is very conducive they also have a well trained front office staff (male) i really enjoy my stay,hope to see u guys soon.

I had a very nice time at the hotel.I was attended to well,Their food was just off the hook(if you know what I mean),The room was well preapared/furnished.Not a bad place to stay at all.
