The room is very comfortable. Quiet environment . Although, no hot water and the AC wasn't working. But the fan sufficed

I did not really enjoy my stay at the hotel. The services rendered were quite fair. At least I enjoyed the food and the the environment was clean and conducive to stay in. However, the television in my room did not work and I did not like that at all. I called the reception to have something done about it but it was not fixed up until I left the place. I would rate the hotel a seven though for the services rendered.

The hotel is total mess now. I say this because I used to know Hamdala hotel and it was such a lovely place. It's more like a museum now. The decline is unbelievable and I had to leave after just a night. I won't be coming over again.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel at all because so many issues came up. Firstly the water heater was not working, the bathroom tap was broken and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Secondly, the room had only one socket and lastly, the elevator to the room I booked was bad so I had to change my room category to a chalet room. Also the intercom wasn't working, thus I had to go all the way to the reception to make whatever request I needed to make.

I did not stay long here but the little time I spent I really enjoyed it. My room was okay, the mattress was soft and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The environment was also okay, secured and peaceful.

It was terrible staying at the hotel. I did not enjoy my stay. The room was not in a good state, everywhere was dusty like no one has ever stayed in there. The bedspread and pillow case were very dirty. The toilet and bathroom were not well equipped. I even had to go out of the room to boil water myself.

There are a few things I did not like at your hotel. The satellite connection isn't good enough, the number of stations I am able to watch is severely limited. The curtains on the wall is embarrassing for a hotel like yours. The paint on the walls in my room is dirty. What I liked however is that the furniture and the bed sheets are nice and clean, the toilet is nice, it doesn't have stench or dirt. Try to improve in these areas.

The hotel is very old fashioned and needs a total renovation, I had to check up to four different rooms before I was able to select the one I lodged into. The environment was very calm and very welcoming, I enjoyed the environment because I like quiet zones. The meals were too expensive for an old-fashioned hotel. The hotel is totally not bad but I feel renovations should be made to attract more customers.

My stay at Hamdala Hotel Kaduna was okay. The hotel is a good place to stay away from home. I was really disappointed when I was asked to make payment for my meal to be warmed by a gas cooker because no microwave was available. That was really embarrassing because hospitality is one of the attributes hotel staffs should display. I hope the staff make improvements on hospitality.

I did not enjoy my stay. Although there was power supply, water was not running in the bathroom and nothing was done about this. With the light I was expecting that they would pump water but there was still no water.
