I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was just as it ought to be in terms of customer services, facilities, cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel is good.

My stay at Zest international hotel was very poor. I paid a higher amount than the original amount I was to pay on arrival. Their services were poor, the rooms did not look well maintained. The room I was given was fumigated a night before and on my arrival into the room, the insecticide was still smelling. I asked for a change of room as the insecticide was too much but I was told they did not have any vacant room. The shelves in the room were dusty and the room was not spacious. I regret choosing this hotel.

The hotel is easy to locate and they provide good customer service. My room was good and comfortable. The TV and the AC were working well. Though there is need for improvement because I noticed that the bed had bed bugs that kept biting me and disturbing my sleep.

I did not have a good time at this hotel. I can't say it was my worst experience but it was certainly not my best. The room was not tidy and clean, the staff were not as helpful as they should have been and the environment was not as serene as I wanted it to be.

I spent an excessive amount of time waiting to be checked in. An unprofessional treatment was meted upon me. At this point, I am not sure what will bring me back.

I will never go back to that hotel. The sad part was that I went there with a guest who was so disappointed. The room was extremely untidy, the walls were damp and the wall paints were already pealing off, there were no towels and toiletries, it was really a terrible experience.

My stay at the hotel was fair. The interior part of the hotel needs to be renovated, the room, bathroom and toilet were not of good standard. I was not too pleased with the services rendered at the hotel. The power supply was not encouraging and the staff really need to improve on their hospitality.

My stay at the hotel was okay. I was able to check in freely, I just feel the hotel management and staff need to improve more on their hospitality as the staff were not very friendly which can cause discomfort for a guest. The meals served were nice and affordable. The hotel was also very easy to locate.

It is amazing how this hotel looked beautiful on the outside meanwhile the internal features are as terrible as anything you can think of. Let me start with the wall paints, they were already falling off. It did not look as if those walls have ever been repainted. Secondly, the food was so bad that I and my friend had to go out pf the hotel to get food from nearby eateries, the AC in my room was not working and the facilities in the hotel is close to 0. It was not a good experience at all.

My stay at the hotel was not pleasant at all. Everything I got during my stay at the hotel was below expectation. There was no fan in my room not to talk of an air conditioner, there was no power supply, the tap was not running and the meal was very close to being tasteless. I have to say that this hotel is really below standard don't mind what you see on the outside.

The hotel need to do a whole lot of restructuring from the rooms, furniture to the bathroom, so many facilities have to be upgraded. There wasn't power supply, they had bad service and the staff weren't exactly helpful. There wasn't hot water, the water was colored, there wasn't towel in the room.The funniest thing is that the wardrobe in the room was so small, it could just contain few things. They really need to improve in their standards,

My stay was just okay, but we had to wait till 9pm before the air conditioner came on and the fridge wasn't working well. The intercom wasn't connecting from the room and I had to always go downstairs to give my orders.

Everything was clean and bright during my stay, We had a very friendly welcome. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful bathroom. Amazing location & views, beautiful and spacious rooms, friendly & generous owners & great facilities. The hotel is cheap, just what I expected. The only issue I had was that there was no steady power supply, but that was rectified before I checked out. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in your hotel for just few nights. while checking in I wanted to stay for more nights but could not because my complains were not taken seriously, I came back because I had a nice time the last I was here. I was told that you are doing some renovation so I under stand why every was looking unkempt but I think that should not cause your room service to take an hour to bring water to bathe.

Its a great place, for a hotel with low price I was expecting something very bad but just saying to myself that "I will manage it for a night" but I'm glad I did. The room I checked-into had some problem so called for a change of room which was done very fast, normally some hotel receptionist will either give you attitude since I was walking in very late, but nothing like that happened. They made me feel welcomed, Just feel like some rooms needs urgent renovation, changing of facilities to new ones and it will be great.

the rooms are not attractive at all, bad maintenance. They dont even have basic amenities in the room, no working water heater, no working intercom line, the mattresses are nonsense, TV dsnt work, AC was malfunctioning. they dont also keep to their word, you pay and book a room and it is another low standard room they out u in. nonsense pple! The only good thing is the location

Room was terribly bad and services were poor. I noticed a poster at the reception that says ‘collect your receipt before leaving the reception’, I immediately asked the two ladies on duty that night to issue me my receipt. I was surprised when they tried to avoid my request. I noticed that they were trying to manipulate me with the way they responded but I had no other choice because I got there late if not I won’t have stayed there that night.
