Hotel was an ideal relaxation spot away from my busy life, located in a quiet and calm environment. The room given to me was comfortable and spacious but the toilet was bad, there was no trash bin and I noticed a pile of dirt on the corridor. I was glad that I could order meals from my room rather than go down to the restaurant because I came with my children. It was a Good experience.

I did not enjoy my stay here. The room was not clean as expected.

I was supposed to be at the hotel by night but fortunately for me I was there in the morning. I hadn't entered the gate when I changed my mind for another close hotel. If you must get people to come, you should renovate your hotel. Thanks

Environment was better than the room; wash-hand basin was not flowing well, curtain was not clean enough. We also had issue with food, to get food on was a bit difficulty. The route to the hotel from the main road was not encouraging. Well, I’m glad that my wife and children had fun. Left to me I will think twice before going their next time

my stay was wonderful, i had lot of fun and real value for my money. the environment was sparkling clean, the customer service was excellent and the room was so comforting, it was really a good experience, except for the part that i used cold water to bath cos there was no water heater, apart from that it was all good

my stay was not pleasant at all,their standard is very low and i really expected more from them but was really disappointed, the management should rebuild the standard of the hotel to the past glory days, and make it more pleasant and comforting for customers

It was not a standard hotel but it was okay.The power supply was stable for 24hours , the environment and location was very okay.The only challenge i had was the service quality,especially the house keepers they don't pay attention to details at all, but every other thing about the hotel was superb

I enjoyed my stay, their facilities were working well. Nice and well trained receptionist, customer friendly staff. The room was big and I got what I wanted, a calm atmosphere good enough for me to work. I like the place

There was no water available to me in the bathroom either hot or cold. Please do something about this so that it would not happen again

I had a sweet stay. I was properly attended to and my stay at the hotel was great. I was thinking of a flaw but I have nothing yet, when I do, They will be in capital letters(smiles).

My stay was just okay because it got to a point that the hotel ran out of water. One of the staff had to fetch water with bucket for me each time I need it. I think they should have a working intercom and a catalogue pasted to each room showing the receptionist code, restaurant code etc., in order to save their guests the stress of coming up and down. I also noticed that the DSTV cable is been controlled centrally. Asides this, the room was spacious and the bed size was okay. The fridge and the air condition were working fine.

My stay at the hotel was okay, but their water heater wasn't working and their intercom wasn't working, at some point water wasn't running and at some point water was excessively flowing from the tap, also they don't have internet facilities and they should have life guard for people that are interested in swimming

I got to the hotel hoping to have a better stay,but i was so disappointed with their service,everything about the place is terrible,i do not wish to go back there.

There was water leakage in the rest room which passes to the room and enter the walls. Too many such things could lead to mildew and cause health problems on the long run or collapse of the building. The hotel is lacking proper maintenance but the staff were very cordial and courteous. I was connected to them and vice versa. They were very helpful to me.

I stayed in the hotel and I indeed enjoyed my stay. I’m a cool person and I don’t like a noisy environment, so I can say it was a comfortable place for me. The bathroom was okay and I enjoyed every bit of meal that was served. The hotel is well equipped, the cleanliness is great and the security was of high standard. I had a nice stay that’s all I can say.

They need to improve on their customer service......their infrastructures needs uplift and also they need more staffs in terms of service because sometimes their reception was vacant and one has to wait, also their intercom was down....one has to walk down to the reception when he needs anything

I do not seem to like this hotel. I made reservation for 6 days but spent one night because I was not comfortable here at all.

My stay was not bad but they need to work on some things in the room; the light in the room was gloomy (dark) which can create a moody mood. I had to request for extra lamp to brighten up the room. Also, I was surprised to see that such hotel does not have internet facility.

There was nothing fascinating about the place. I did not enjoy my stay at all; there was no water in the morning and the bathroom was not clean to my satisfaction.

From the arrival I knew that the reception will be poor for that night. They don’t have a record to show if I have a reservation or have made payment or not. It took them more than an hour to check me in after plenty stories. My 1st night was horrible but I enjoyed the subsequent ones.

They should always endeavour to replace the toiletries after cleaning the room and the rest room. I had to call and request for it. Also, the tap had some issues. Asides this, the hotel was okay, the room was well conditioned and the environment was also clean. I had fun throughout my stay.

Water was not available in the bathroom to do my clean ups, And when i complained, it took the people there years to come to my aid. Please do something about this so that it would not repeat itself.Thank you

Hotel has lost touch in delivery of service; generator went off and there was no electricity for five hours, room was not comfortable and staffs were not friendly. My stay was not good and I do not intend coming again.

The hotel is beautiful and well structured and am really impressed in all. The customer service was great, the environment and room was very clean and tidy too.
