The power supply at the hotel was not encouraging. The hotel needs to improve on their customer service. The staff were not all that friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and the rate was affordable. The toilet and bathroom were well equipped and the toiletries were enough.

Personally, the hotel was not up to my expectation. I don’t know about the other people that I went with. I think they need to renovate because most of the facilities they have were old and the room was not conducive enough. The worst part is that they don’t have a POS machine. We had to beg someone to follow us to Onitsha to withdraw from ATM machine because we got there a bit late.
