The hotel is actually not bad. They provided really good customer services and their facilities worked well. However, I noticed that there were bedbugs do I think that the hotel needs to be fumigated. That is all!

The hotel is just awful, it did not look nice and it wasn't tidy. The staff on the other hand were very nice but it had nothing to do with them, the hotel's management is just awful. The had incomplete facilities, water and power was a probability.

The management of the hotel needs to improve on its facilities. The room was not comfortable neither was it well equipped. There was no television set in the room and mosquitoes were all over. The toilet also was not properly cleaned.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and attractive. The only problem I had at the hotel was that the power supply was epileptic. I could hardly sleep well at night because there was heat and the electric power supply was interrupted.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasurable one. The environment was very peaceful and serene. The staff were helpful and ushered me in with smiles. My room was well ventilated, the bed was well prepared with very clean sheets and a duvet that has nice colours.

Our stay was quite unpleasant. This hotel might be ok for some people but here are the facts. We ran out of water. There was no consistent light. Not all rooms are air conditioned. There was no hot water. TV was not working. Bathroom drain was blocked. The windows were exposed in the bathroom. We had bed bugs on our bed even though we had to change rooms to an upgraded one with no major difference. There was no efficiency in the bathroom service. We had dirty towels offered to us. The sheets were dirty and we had to use torch light at night. They could do with major improvements. This hotel has potential.
