Very dirty hotel and very poor service.

Their facilities were not good at all. There was no toilet seat in the bathroom. The drainage was clogged and the door handle in the room was not working.

My stay was nice

My stay at the hotel was very okay. The hotel's attendants were very friendly and kind but I did not like the fact that there was hardly power supply throughout my stay at the hotel. Apart from the light issue every other thing was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is a fine hotel. The facilities available are fully functional. The only issue I had was that the water did not run well and that is because the staff do not pump the water on time. The staff were nice and efficient though. The service delivery is way above average.

My stay at the hotel was just Okay. The receptionist was very nice and caring. I also liked the room, although it was not so spacious but it wasn't bad either. The environment was okay, customer service was not bad either

If you have money to spend on a hotel. Please go elsewhere. My stay in Metro hotel was literally the most annoying and painful experience ever. There was no water running. There were rats in the rooms and to make matters worse, the staff were shouting and making noise all through the night. They were slamming doors and making noise as if there were no customers around. I could not sleep at all. So if you are interested in booking a hotel.. Metro hotel is NOT a good choice.
